Here's Andy holding up some vinegar mother removed from the vinegar today which makes our Elderflower wine into Elderflower vinegar.

Did you know our Elderflower Wine Vinegar is used in Hide in London?

We also make Raspberry wine vinegar and sweet chilli vinegar in the same way we make the Elderflower vinegar.
