The proprietor Jon Burn has been at the helm since 1999 and still greatly enjoys enthusing over the many wonderful wines he has encountered over the years and especially delights in the extra homework he sets himself most evenings!. Les Caves are a traditional wine business stocking classic wines from the main regions of France, Italy and Spain and have a penchant for New World stars from New Zealand South Africa and Chile.
