Still testing positive and attempting to hack up at least one lung, unfortunately. Which means Jim's will be closed today.

We'll keep you posted about the rest of the week (childcare Chris's end will be the deciding factor for tomorrow) and hopefully I'll be back for the weekend!

Guys, there's no easy way to say it, but I'm leaving Jim's 😭
Big love to everyone who has supported the shop over the past 2 and a bit years, we couldn't have survived the pandemic with you! And even more love to those of you who have also supported me personally through the toughest year of my life.

You're all AMAZING ❤️
But, after much thought and deliberation (and some tears), I'm making yet another big change and moving on to as Mark's taproom manager at the start of April!
Bear with Chris and I while we figure out what's going on with Jim's (we're still not sure), but in the mean time, I'm still here with lots of tasty treats!

We've added another brewery to our collection!

strive to be a carbon-negative brewery: they plant trees and fund the collection of plastic bottle waste for every case bought, they support conversation charities (including in Borneo) and they also happen to produce a bloody good brew!

So why not come grab a few take outs (or join me at the bar for a natter) and do good while you drink?

Opening hours for the end of December!

I'm giving myself a treat and taking two whole weeks off at the start of January (I know right, who do I think I am?!) so Jim's will be CLOSED until from NYE until Thursday 13th. Soz folks!

In the mean time, I'm open as usual until Christmas week and then it all goes a bit silly because ya gal wants to get back to Lincolnshire for family Christmas stuff 🎄
