What’s a better question than this?

“How did I get here?” sound familiar?

The biggest mistake I see mums making..

is thinking it’s too late.

Too late to get stronger.
Too late to feel confident again.
Too late to start taking care of themselves properly.

Meet Tina. 💜

Tina is a full time working mum, wife, dog mum, marathon runner and breast cancer survivor.
To say she’s amazing (and busy) would be an understatement!

So it’s no surprise she struggled to find the time and the energy to commit to her own health and fitness.

This past month has been a bit of a game-changer for me. I’ve been reflecting on everything I’ve learned along the way, especially about juggling being a mum, fitness, and confidence.

One thing I know for sure? How we speak to ourselves, how we move our bodies, and how we feel in our skin affects EVERYTHING. It’s all connected.

And I’m so excited because I’ve been working on something just for you. If you’re a busy mum who’s tired of the constant cycle of starting over, feeling exhausted, and not knowing where to turn, you’re going to love this.

Hands up if you’ve ever said “I just need to find the motivation”….. 🙋🏼‍♀️

Because cough cough same, the thing is motivation isn’t the problem.

You’re not unmotivated, you’re just waiting for the perfect moment to feel ready…and…. Drumroll…. that moment never comes!!!

The real game-changer? Discipline.

Because motivation might get you started, but discipline is what actually keeps you going, on the days when life is chaotic, when you’re exhausted, and when you’d rather just say “f**k it, I CBA.”

If you are like me, you grew up in the 80s and 90s, when “toning” was the word we all heard over and over.
It was all about looking “toned,” right?
Not muscular, not too strong, just small, slim, and feminine.
That’s what we were sold.
But here’s the truth:

“Toned” is not a thing, its a buzzword for building muscle, and to build muscle you need to LIFT WEIGHTS!

And if you’re not currently lifting weights, especially as a woman over 30, it’s time to change that.
Strength training is the key to building a strong, capable, and confident body that will serve you for years to come.

This is why my clients get results!

Nat did exactly that! I didn’t promise miracles in the first 12 weeks,she didn’t expect an overnight transformation but was ready and willing to break it down and start from the bottom up.

And finally we can nearly see the end of January!!!

It’s been about 3675 days long right!??

Nothing excising over here, outside of work it was mostly finding reasons to get Riley to leave the play room for some fresh air and keeping him occupied! 😂

I’m trying to build more muscle this year so I w tentatively w feted a gaining phase,let’s start getting that food in!

We’ve had some lovely crisp mornings, I got to get together with some of my amazing clients, and I made my return to off road running with some new trail shoes which have been a delight!

Roll in February and more fun and games!
