Don't worry, it's NOT full contact. The aim is to spar and learn - not to knock each other out! Come along and have some sparring fun!

UFS: Open Session was started to give those training at UFS a chance outside of the regular classes to brush up on their sparring skills across the variety of arts that UFS cover - boxing, kickboxing, shootfighting/grappling, and weapons training.

£3 a session which covers room hire and insurance, and used as an addition to your regular training it really will help you become more confident in sp

arring as you make your journey through the gradings, and learning how to apply what you learn on the pads while gaining some valuable feedback.
