Our first full year here and what a blast it’s been! We are continuing to be open over the festive period 7 days a week should you run out of anything!

Just a polite reminder, if you are sending parcels/calendars overseas please have the correct customs label on. I would also advise doing this on anything that isn’t just a Xmas card.

Customs are being a pain in the neck and sending things back all over the country. The labels are available in branch. unfortunately Royal Mail require this data and our cashiers have to input this also on our system. Which can cause queue waiting times.

Ok after the storm yesterday!!

Just a polite reminder to post your international parcels sooner rather than later! All parcels now require a customs form which are available in our branch.

Home shopping returns is a big one this time of year! May we ask for you to have the qr code ready so we can give you a speedy service and lower the queue.

If your lucky enough to be going away to warmer climates we can help you with your travel money, please ask a customer service consultant for more info!

Don’t forget we now have Evri, DPD, and Amazon to send and collect.

As usual our shop is packed with all the essentials 7 days a week! Some fab offers on coming up to Xmas also!

Dare we say Xmas is near!! Please post your parcels internationally as and when you can to get them there in time!! Last posting dates uk and international are now in branch to pick up!

Our sandylands convenience store has everything you need, fully licensed.

Banking can be done here free cash withdrawals, deposits and cheque deposits (most high street banks!) gas and electric top ups keys, cards/smart meters get warm this winter! Home shopping returns also and much more!

Unfortunately due to a technical issue we are unable to accept Evri parcels at the moment: This may take up to 7/10 days to be sorted.

A lady dropped 4 Evri parcels last night, please can we ask for you to collect these parcels as we can’t do anything with them unfortunately. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Apologies to all, but I will update once it’s back up and running!

A couple of dates for your diary!

2nd October Royal Mail increase First Class Stamps to increase by a whopping 15p 😩 making them £1.25. Grab them before they increase!

12th October HOPEFULLY EVRI will be live in our branch to send, collect and return!

We’re also a AMAZON drop and collection point also.

As we’re looking to Xmas get yoir parcels sent overseas in advance with the correct customs label on also.

Don’t forget we’re open 7 days a week! 7am-10pm and 11pm Friday and Saturday for all the essentials!

Another wild day!! Please take extra care of surface water on the driveway also the pot holes are being quoted to be fixed!

May we ask everyone politely to be vigilant when parking on the front and pulling back on to the main road. We’ve the lovely children going to and from school at sandgate and other families taking children to school. Thank you ❤️

Good morning! We hope all the kids have enjoyed summer and are raring to go for the new school year!!

A couple of polite notices, as we’re heading towards Xmas we will be getting busier with all the international mail coming through. If you are a customer or know anyone who does send over seas we ask if you can fill in the customs labels in advance, as now clerks have to input ‘everything!’ On our system. Please see attached photos for guidance.

Also 1st class stamps are increasing on the 2nd October so stock up on your stamps before the increase!

Royal Mail have announced a 15p increase on first class stamps from 2nd October. If anyone sends lots of mail or Xmas cards etc, I would recommend buying your stamps before the increase. 🤦‍♀️😓🙄

Yippee we have our Facebook back!!

Due to current uncertainties with high street banks closing we would like to let you know you can do your banking with us!!

Virgin is the current one closing, but you can pay cheques in, deposit and withdraw cash and get a balance all For FREE. No minimum withdrawal either so whether it’s 10p you need or £100 we can help.

Dare I say it Xmas is looming! So if you are sending any international parcels for Xmas the time to start is now, also to avoid any delays or return please fill in a customs label!!
