Good evening the post office side will be open until lunch time tomorrow. Although the shop is open until 11, so you can send and collect parcels up to these hours.

Please bare in mind the last collection tomorrow is 12, New Years Day Royal Mail
Will not be collecting.

Good morning! We’re hoping to be very busy on these coming weeks on the lead up to Xmas. 🎅 🧑‍🎄🤶🎄Please Like and share our page to your family and friends!

We would like to thank all our customers old and new for your continued support.

In advance we would like to thank you for your patience through these busy periods. Here’s a few tips to help you help us and vice versa:-

•Completed customs labels on your parcels

•Amazon/Evri/Royal Mail/DPD codes ready for us to scan and print.

•Know what’s in your parcel or if you’re posting on someone’s behalf, we’re not being nosey it’s due to the dangerous goods act!

•Post office Transactions on the post office counter only, any purchases from the shop to be paid for on the shop counter!

Little things can make a huge difference to your waiting times, our staff work extremely hard. Remember we’re open 7 days a week from 6am-10pm, through these hours you can post parcels/collect parcels and do all things post office too!

Again a huge thank you to each and everyone of you that walks through our door, without you this isn’t possible! ❤️💌💶📮📦

Good evening! Just a polite notice on collecting parcels.

Due to our systems and all the different couriers we have! We may need to see ID. We have a booking in and out system for all couriers, bare in mind our lovely staff don’t know everyone so if you have a bank card or driving licence that would be fab just in case.

For any teens picking up parcels if they could bring a bank card with them should they have one; or bring a parent/relative so they can produce ID.

It’s not always the case we need it but just on the off chance!

Just a polite reminder of last posting dates UK and international!

Evri international dates also attatched. Don’t forget we’re open until 10pm every night for all shop and post office too!!

We would recommend you send your parcels on the Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 service due to these being prioritised over normal mail! Evri is also an option too in our branch and can sometimes be a cheaper option!

Any member of staff can go through these services with you.

Canada have a postal strike presently but we are still accepting items to send we just can’t guarantee when they will get there!

Good afternoon! It’s a cold one out there don’t forget you can top up your gas/electric meters with us!!

As always we have a packed convenience store which is fully licensed 7 days a week!

Post office services are also available 7 days a week too! If you need to collect a parcel after 530 or even send one we can help you with that also! 📦💌📮

If your lucky enough to be going to warmer climates we have a range of currencies on demand and a fab Travel Money Card too ☀️🕶️🌊🏖️🩳🐚💶

Just a polite note when we ask what’s inside your parcel we are not being nosey!

Due to the dangerous goods act and the transportation which ur mail/parcels go on we need to make sure things are safe and adhere to these policies. Believe it or not some go on inland planes throughout the uk to get to there destination.

We also have an array of fab gift cards in stock, if your stuck what to buy a loved one these are a fab gift!

Closing Crown branches (Kendal Main is on the list) please don’t fear we are still going to be here for all your postal needs.

Just a polite reminder that Royal Mail are increasing their pricing of first class stamps by a staggering 22% to £1.65 for standard letters, from the 7th October! Beat the hike and stock up and save some precious pennies.

If you have any stamps already there still valid regardless of the price increase. First and second class stamps don’t have prices printed on them. As long as there the barcoded ones your fine!

So if your sending parcels/cards overseas please be mindful and get these done early. Due to customs etc things can take longer if not correctly packed/labelled.
