Jobs | Warehouse Operative (Horley RH6) £23000 - £25000 per year

The role of the Warehouse Operative is to ensure that each warehouse has the appropriate level of equipment and that equipment for each job is picked and delivered to sub-stores in line with planned in dates. Working with the Operations Manager you will also be assisting in ensuring stock levels are correct at all times.
Responsibilities will be as below:

• Warehouse/Operations office

1. Order equipment from various suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained
2. Complete orders for special order equipment
3. Manage deliveries into the main warehouse and check all equipment is present
4. Produce pick sheets & pick equipment for all planned work
5. Check and load equipment on to vehicles to be distributed to sub-stores or site
6. Deliver equipment to sub-stores twice a week or in line with demand.
7. Collect returns and process alongside Operations Manager, ensuring good returns are added back into stock and assessing faulty returns for refurbishment opportunities.
8. Assisting with identification of equipment to be refurbished

• Stock levels

1. Complete regular stock takes of all stores to ensure this matches data provided by Operations manager
2. Assist with stock reports for all major customers when required
3. Assist with stock takes for technician vehicles.
4. Maintain order and cleanliness across the various stores

• Shop sales and events

1. Deliver larger shop sales where appropriate to reduce carriage spend.
2. Assist with dispenser and/or bar deliveries depending on location.
3. Arrange post outs for shop sales across various businesses.

Driving licence is essential.
