Out of this Galaxy! | The Lakes Distillery
Just touched down from Cumbria, a rather special release: The Lakes GalĂĄxia
This is the final bottling in the Whiskymakerâs Editions range. This stunning whisky unites the most admired characters from the series; a celebration of what has come before.

Tasting Note: With its intoxicating combination of seductively perfumed ginger and cocoa, creamy wood spice, candied pecans and manuka honey, the flavours are truly out of this world.
The Lakes GalĂĄxia - Available at Caviste
Hattingley Valley Wines, one of our local wineries and just 25 minutes from our Newlyns shop, produce some of the finest fizz in England.
Predominantly known for their standout sparklings - of which the 2015 Blanc de Blancs is one of our MDâs favourite wines - each bottle is a testament to their dedication to excellence, from vine to bottle.
As well as their brilliant bubbles, Hattingley's still wines - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Rosé - are outstanding. Each bottle highlights the skill of the team and the intense flavour profile that English wines are capable of delivering.

Celebrating relationships in winemaking with a selection of bottles that we love.
From husband-and-wife teams to friends, brothers, sisters, and broader family networks, we will take you through a selection of some of the most exciting wines in our range.
We will introduce you to little-known producers whose stories encompass the many relationships we have in life.
From our friend Benoit Badoz, a 10th generation owner in South East France to a delightful couple in Portugal who have had 7 sons who call the farm and winery home. But itâs not just the classic partnerships we will explore. The Brothers Thorle from the Pfalz will grace the table, as well as two old friends whose love for their country, heritage, indigenous grape varieties and each other have made them two of the most exciting winemakers in Bulgaria, a wine region often misunderstood but steeped in thousands of years of grape growing history.

What the world
needs now,
is wine,
sweet wineâŠ
(and love, of course).
Wine & love have gone hand-in-hand through history.
Made by families, secrets passed down from generation to generation.
We've put together a selection of bottles from some of our most-loved couples.
Hans & Therese Herzog - Hans Herzog | Marlborough, New Zealand
Swiss-born, but now down in Marlborough, New Zealand.
They could have settled on simply producing Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, but this dynamic couple produce an exquisite range of grapes from a relatively small plot. Viognier, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Bordeaux Varietals, Tempranillo, ZweigeltâŠâ plus many more!
Ann & James Frost - Quinta de Sant'Ana | Lisbon, Portugal
Just to the north of Lisbon you will find the âFairytale Wine Kingdomâ of Quinta de SantâAna. Overseen by James & Ann, their property is among the finest, and most beautiful, in the world. Deep and flavourful reds, aromatic and textured whites, plus a heavenly rose. Explore this range of treats that are exclusive to Caviste in the UK
Albert & Joanne Rousset - IDUN | Elgin, South Africa
The Roussetâs IDUN property was found through good fortune. Originally searching more for a ranch for horses, fate got in the way and they discovered this paradise in the Elgin Valley. Forget what you know about South African wines as you taste through these cool climate delights. Their Pinot Noir is one of our standout wines!
OlĂvia BayĂ©s & David Marco - Marco Abella | Priorat, Spain
A real âlabour of loveâ in all senses. Olivia and David have both a strong emotional and physical connection to the land. Their vines count as some of the oldest in the Priorat region and it can be a painstaking process to harvest from their steepest plots. Such purity of flavour in these classical Priorat reds and whites.
