"Campania" is derived from Latin; the Romans knew the region as Campania felix ("fertile countryside" or "happy countryside").

Apt as the region is celebrated for the fertility of the land, which has resulted in such great grape varieties and quality wines.

LOCATION LOCATION | Thanks to the position of the territory, Campania is one of the world leaders in wine production. Campania's offerings are formed by a small oenological* elite whose wines are of absolute excellence.

The three prominent DOCG wines of the region are Greco di Tufo, Taurasi and Fiano di Avellino. These wines are characterised by flavorful bodies and astonishing aromas, pairing well with a wide variety of foods and cheeses. What do you expect from the region where pizza was born!

Apart from the DOCG wines, Campania boasts a wide range of DOC wines mostly produced from indigenous grape varieties such as Aglianico, Piedirosso, Falanghina, Biancolella, and Aspirinio.

Here we are visiting this summer. Pop in and taste the difference for yourself.
