PARCELS
If you have a parcel awaiting collection or you are expecting a parcel to be delivered to our store, can you please come and collect it ASAP after you receive your collection notification. At this time of year, we are running out of space to store them, and we my have to start refusing other deliveries arriving, which means your parcel will be delayed.

Please remember, we are closing Christmas Eve at 6.30 promptly, so if you have a package to collect please ensure you collect, as they may be subject to return after Christmas. If you are waiting for multiple packages, please do not wait until the last minute. Last delivery is today, so if you don't receive a notification today, make sure you collect what has already been delivered so you don't miss out on what may be presents for loved ones.

For those of you ordering items online (ebay, Amazon, Vinted, George from Asda, New Look, John Lewis etc/ UPS, FedEx, DHL, DHL Express) and collecting them from our store, please can you ensure you collect as soon as possible, as we are limited on space.
Also doors close at 6.30pm on Christmas Eve, so make sure you come and collect before this time if you are expecting a delivery for Christmas presents.
