🆕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Is that Verd-ant or Ver-dant?

It’s no secret that Verdant love Mosaic (just look at the hops they use in their regular brews), so it’s a bit mad that they’ve not done a single hop IPA with it. So here it is in all it’s invitingly golden glory. Verdant hopped it three times cold side for maximum fruity dankness and buffered this against a touch more malt depth than usual and a higher oat percentage to boot!

Thanks to everyone who came down to the Mains tasting yesterday evening.

The beers were tasting great. Opinion was split between the more conventional fruity pale ales and the more complex saison and Belgian pale, but everyone agreed they were all very good.

Next tasting session - Vault City on Thursday 28th from 4 till 6.
