“Complex and inviting aroma of barrel, tropical fruit, ripe orange, citrus, caramel, spices, chocolate, cinnamon, hints of smoke. It is rich and tasty, concentrated, round, spicy and long finish with a delicious pepper kick and hints of cigar. A lovely whisky, complex, many layers. Expensive and delicious, close to perfect.”

This time last week, our Sales Manager, Michael Hanratty was the guest expert judge at the Scottish Field Readers Challenge 2024. This is a stage in the annual Scottish Fields Whisky Challenge.

This year the challenge was run out of the beautiful Library Room at the Hotel Indigo on Princes Street in Edinburgh.

Happy Hot Toddy Day! 🔥🥃 Embrace the winter chill with a touch of warmth and the rich flavours of our exceptional single malt whisky. Here's a classic Hot Toddy recipe to elevate your celebration: Ingredients: - 50ml Goldfinch’s Kilnsman Ardmore - 2 tablespoons of honey - 20ml fresh lemon juice - 1 cup hot water - 1 lemon wheel (for garnish) - Cinnamon stick (optional but recommended) Instructions: 1. In a heat-resistant glass or mug, combine our single malt whisky, honey, and fresh lemon juice. 2. Pour in the hot water and stir until the honey is fully dissolved. 3.
