**Apologise for Long Post**
I have been made aware that couple of days ago a customer has had bad experience with using the cashmachine.
The cash machine was unable to give the cash and as per rules he was told to contact the number on the cash machine to get the money back into the account.
However on saturday the customer put on the fb telling our customers to avoid the shop etc etc.
I would like to remind you that the cash machine is not owned by us and neither we have any responsibility to manage the machine. We have just rented the space to Cash Zone to provide a service for our customers infact this is same as all other Cash Machines at any other shop.
Part of our t&c's with cash zone is to not put any *out of order* signange on the cash machine as customers can still make balance enquiries.
I would still like to apologise to the customer that the cash machine didn't dispense the money, however after checking with the cash zone the customer has had his money put back into the account the very next day.
I would like to Thank you for my customers for our support on the post comments as our aim is to be friendly and make them feel welcome to the shop as we are a small buisiness customer loyalty is very important to us and thats what i aim for.
