Whisky from a female owned distillery! This expression (crafted by their Head of Sustainability, Amy) is made with sustainability and innovation at its heart. Matured in STR red wine casks/ex-Maury casks/ex-Bourbon casks, this dram provides luscious flavours of lemon custard, damson jam and brown butter muffins

🌸 Solidarity Rosé
Made from Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, Solidarity is packed full of red fruit, peach and melon with an apple-y, citrus zing. 10% of the proceeds from this wine are donated to AMAC-GEMA, a Spanish charity supporting women with breast cancer 🩷

“To what matters...” 🥃

Whisky means more to Tomatin Whisky than most. They say themselves that even in today’s modern world it is much greater than just a job, it’s a way of life and one which can be traced back to the fifteenth century. We’ve got some pretty epic Tomatin whiskies that aren’t quite that old but they’re getting on a bit and we’d like to introduce them.

2001 Single Cask
A rare UK exclusive matured in a Pedro Ximenez sherry butt to create just 657 bottles. Cherry, plum liqueur and Jamaican ginger cake flavours lead to a sweet finish with perfectly contrasting bitter notes.

30 Year Old (Batch 5)
A small batch release (3900 bottles) matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and traditional oak casks. Tropical fruit, honey, white chocolate with a rich and creamy finish. Won Gold at 2021.

36 Year Old (Batch 10)
A small batch release (1200 bottles) matured in a combination of Bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry butts. Rich yet sweet on the palate; the fruity tones develop into oaky flavours of raw heather honey and roasted chestnuts. Won Best in Show at the 2023.

1976
Our most prized whisky. The absolute daddy. Only 350 of these were produced so this is as rare as they come! Presented in a hand blown Glencairn Crystal decanter alongside two glasses and a solid copper stopper. Distilled over 45 years ago, the ‘76 has spent the entirety of its maturation in hand-selected Traditional Oak Hogshead casks. Distinctive and luxurious in flavour, golden syrup and marzipan develop into rich chocolate, coffee and brown sugar. Won ‘Gold Outstanding’ at 2022 (earning the highest possible score of 99) then went on to win ‘Single Malt Scotch Whisky 26 Years and Over’. Wowee! There can’t be many of these left out in the wild so this is a real collector’s item.

🇿🇦 The FMC 2023
Officially named Forrester Meinert Chenin but also known as F*cking Marvellous Chenin (yes, really!), this is a wine that truly lives up to its name. In Ken’s own words, 2023 is one of the best FMCs he has produced. Intense and full-flavoured with a great balance of flavour and freshness. Rich and honeyed with plenty of ripe apple and dried apricot fruit. This is a wine that drinks very well immediately, perfect for this weekend!

🇱🇧 Red 2018
The flagship wine from an iconic Lebanese estate. Equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault and Carignan, this 2018 vintage is particularly unique thanks to some unprecedented growing conditions. An abundance of rainfall combined with a summer heatwave resulted in highly concentrated Cinsault grapes - a first for Musar’s vineyards! This combination has delivered an intensely smoky wine with a robust palate of cranberries, raisins and cinnamon. Well developed, mature and just begging to be opened.

Syrah (also known as Shiraz) is the dark delicious powerhouse of the wine world! From humble beginnings in the Rhône Valley this tasty little grape now thrives everywhere from Australia to California. If you love bold flavours and a healthy kick of spice this is the wine for you.

You can expect a full-bodied, rich and almost smoky style of wine that’s perfect for cosy winter nights or summer barbecues. It’s gorgeous dark fruit and peppery flavour profile make it an ideal companion for flame-grilled veggies, spiced meats (lamb especially!) as well as hard and aged cheeses.

This prestigious event took place last night at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum in Glasgow, and we are so excited to have been a part of it!

New in! This exclusive Evangeline Syrah from won ‘Best in Show’ at the 2024 Decanter Wine Awards, making it one of the world’s top 50 wines! Only 490 cases were made and we are unbelievably excited to have two of them!

A perfumed, confident and elegant expression of the Barossa Valley, Evangeline is plummy with layers of spice, sage, liquorice, blueberry pie, violets, pepper, vanillin oak and the slightest whiff of mint. Spellbinding stuff 🤩

It’s ! 🇭🇺🇸🇰

Furmint is an incredibly versatile grape that may have originated in Hungary (where it first appeared by that name in 1611) but it is also grown in several of Hungary’s neighbouring countries. It has aspects of Riesling in its ability to go from bone dry to intensely sweet and is always underlined by a streak of appetising acidity! It also has similarities to Chardonnay in its ability to produce great sparkling wine and steely, linear whites.

This example, from Sauska, is a beautifully aromatic expression of Furmint from the Tokaj region, packed with flavours of ripe figs, mango, kiwi, lemon zest and green tea. Crisp, clean, perfectly balanced.

Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company, founded by Jacob & Bo, has a dream of producing the world’s best sparkling low/non-alcoholic beverages. Through hundreds of trials and Jacob’s unique ability to combine flavours there are now six variations of sparkling tea sold in over fifty countries and served at more than a hundred Michelin-starred restaurants. Each bottle of contains up to thirteen different teas, which creates the nuanced and complex taste giving each variation its own unique character.

🥂 LYSEGRØN 🥂
Lysegrøn has complex aromas of citrus, green tea, minerality and apples. The taste is lively and elegant with notes of citrus, lemon grass, Earl Green Sencha, and orange peel. LYSEGRØN has remarkable layers and a long-lasting hint of Darjeeling and green apples on the finish.

🥂 BLÅ 🥂
Blå starts out with delicate aromas of Jasmine, chamomile and a hint of citrus. This is followed by a round taste from the careful selection of white teas and accompanied by good complexity and depth from the green teas.

Here we have Glenmorangie’s multi-award winning Signet, Balblair’s ‘The Highlander’ twenty-five year old single malt and The Dalmore 21, a limited edition 2023 release. 🥃 Glenmorangie | Signet | £215
A velvet explosion of flavour. Bursts of bitter mocha, sizzling spice and waves of dark chocolate, mellowed by smooth butterscotch. Whisky, as you have never tasted it before. Glenmorangie

🥃 Balblair | 25 Y.O. Single Malt | £590
A fantastically full bodied Balblair, which has seen a quarter of a century of ageing. The Highlander was initially matured in American oak bourbon casks, before it was then transferred for a second ageing period in Spanish oak butts. The single malt was finally bottled at the age of 25 years at 46% ABV, sporting characteristic Balblair notes of orange and apricot.

🥃 The Dalmore 21 | 2023 Release | £625
The Dalmore’s signature expression and the pinnacle of the Principal Collection. This is a whisky that has spent twenty-one years maturing in even older Oloroso sherry casks. It’s complex and refined and represents a real coming of age for The Dalmore.

🎣 Fisherman’s Strength 🎣
MADE BY US! A navy strength version of our stunning Seven Crofts gin with oodles of juniper alongside fragrant pink peppercorn and earthy coriander seed. At 57% ABV, this wonderful gin most certainly stands out in cocktails and makes for a very flavourful and elegant G&T. Highland Liquor Company

🪻Nc’nean Huntress Orchard Cobbler🪻
So fruity they named it after their favourite dessert! Plenty of apple crumble and stewed apricot sweetness along with vanilla custard and a touch of baking spice. Extremely smooth and suppable. P.S. This one’s a limited edition and the eye-catching bottle is made entirely from recycled glass! Nc'nean Distillery

🌊 Mar de Frades Albariño 🌊
Much more than a great white wine, this number from Mar de Frades is an amazing example of the expressiveness of the Albariño grape. A unique wine with hints of the sea, an elegant freshness and spectacular character all contained in its unmistakable blue bottle.

Tropical and mature, with the texture of melted chocolate and one of the finest finishes a single malt can bring. This stunning whisky calls for quiet admiration. Round and velvety, yet developed and fresh. Smoothed over time but with a big, beating heart!
