Mount Vernon Sauvignon Blanc is a wonderfully aromatic New Zealand white wine with flavours ranging from ripe and tropical through to herbaceous and grassy. The palate is bright and fruity with a lovely, juicy concentration and gentle finish.
Brilliant as an aperitif and will be definitely be appreciated by the Christmas chef.

Churchill's Reserve Port has a bright, full ruby colour with violet tones. On the nose, very distinctive with fresh blueberries and hints of eucalyptus and gum cistus; a very vibrant young Port with plenty of natural acidity but also balance and pedigree denoting its grade “A” vineyard origins. Ideal for Christmas.

Just arrived into the warehouse this is a 90 point scoring wine by Parker and one of the best Angludet's he's ever tasted ! It's a voluptuous, upfront wine with a deep purple colour and packed full of liquorice, blueberry and luscious autumn raspberry fruits with
the classic creme de cassis mouthfilling finish. This is a soft and ripe claret drinking perfectly.

We are delighted to offer a very special Christmas mixed case of top French red wines.

Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2022 from Chateau de la Charriere is 100 % Pinot Noir grown on clay soil from vines with an average age of 35 years old, and is an approachable soft easy drinking wine with a good amount of mouthfilling fruit with red berries to the fore and well balanced soft tannins on the palate. Aged in oak barrels, of which 10% are new, it spends between 10 to 12 months before being bottled in the waning phase of the moon.

Vincent Rochette's organic, bio-dynamic Visan 2022 Cotes du Rhone Villages has an additional depth and a purity of fruit and ripeness which show in the wines' silky texture as much as in the flavours. Hedgerow nose with hints of clove and white pepper. Well balanced and nicely judged, with a long finish.

Chateau La Gorce 2019 is a newly released vintage with dense juicy bramble aromas and a rich colour. The wine is powerful and concentrated and is amply endowed with fruit. Made for current drinking.

Margaux 2020 from Maison Sichel has complexity on the nose, with jammy red fruit aromas, vanilla and spice. Swirling brings out more oaky, toasty notes denoting traditional ageing in oak barrels and which blend harmoniously with the fruity aromas. The palate is concentrated and generous, highly expressive and underpinned by tannins of the highest quality.

Sancerre Rouge 2022 Cuvee Esprit is a soft and supple Loire Pinot Noir with a nose of cherries and hints of spice. The palate is full of ripe fruit with a good mineral structure and well-balanced acidity.

Fleurie 2022 from Chateau de la Chaize is a silky, soft Fleurie with real precision and underlying concentration, giving it great length.

Champagne Gremillet Brut Ambassadeur NV is made from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. This is excellent value for money and has a lovely elegant 'mousse'. The high proportion of Pinot Noir in the blend results in a champagne that is quite creamy in texture and has a lovely depth of fruit.

Jean-Michel Gremillet's growers Champagne continues to be extremely well written-up in press reviews but, more importantly, has won over an increasingly large band of supporters in the past fifteen years. These are extremely elegant wines that have undergone a surprisingly long bottle-ageing process that gives them a roundness not often found at this level.
