Who says lagers all taste the same? Here are eight domestic and overseas brews that exemplify the diversity of the humble crispyboi: A 2.8% German small lager from , malty dark lager from , a Kรถlsch from , an American and an Italian from , a crispy pilsner from , a Nelson and Citra-hopped light lager from , and last but certainly not least, a triple Pan-European dry-hopped lager collab between , and -- which is described by the brewers as a hoppy Festbier. Prost indeed!
Got some biggies in the NEIPA department too though, don't worry -- two new hazies from the one and only , a big creamy HBC630-forward DIPA from the one and only , and the stinky Mosaic man himself ๐๐ผ๐๐ฝ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ (8%) from the one and only .
Also from Verdant, an espcially cool collab with Somerset-based ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ (4.5%), brewed with their trademark regenerative barley and raw wheat, then dry-hopped entirely with UK hop varietals Harlequin, EKG and Admiral. The end result is a highly refreshing pale ale that can absolutely hold its own against lagers in the crispy department. It doesn't always have to be juice!
