Sorry, we are at little behind this week, so let's crack on with our butchery spotlight 💡🔦 This week the team at Greens of Ellon have chosen cuts of meat 🍖 to highlight.

These are cut in store, just tell the team how much you would like and the team will have them cut for you.

What's your favourite from these, for our house the boys do love a brisket which has been slow cooked for hours, of course we make sure there's always leftovers for the traditional Stovies the following day

A Fine Piece.. 🫓😋 As Burns Night approaches, we thought we would share some of our favourite Scottish products in store this week. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 So we are kicking off with Walkers Shortbread. 🫓 Hands up ✋️if you love Scottish Shortbread🫓 Over 125 years ago, the Walker family started baking Shortbread in the speyside village of Aberlour, where they remain to this day. They are still proud to use the original recipe, and by baking in small batches, they maintain the classic taste of Walkers Shortbread. 🫓 We are proud of our collection of Walkers Shortbread, which includes Gluten Free options as well.
