François Blanchards Boisson Sauvage is made with organic malt and organic hops from the local farms then wild-fermented and aged in barrel.
A must try for the lambic enjoyers!

CHABLIS 🍷
The newest addition to our Chablis shelf, Gilbert Picq!
A Bourgogne staple and almost 50 years spent in the southeast of Chablis.
The wine is packed with flinty seashell and strong minerality first and foremost, a mix of yellow and white orchard fruit and a squeeze of citrus to finish.

Ideal Day Brewery - (Cornwall) First Steps Ester beer 5%

A terpene-releasing enzyme was used during fermentation to unlock even more juice, followed by a heavy dose of Enigma and Motueka hops. This sticky sweet IPA is sure to have fans of both breweries salivating.

Overtone - Roadless
Capturing the soul-stirring melodies of local band Frightened Rabbit, this pale ale pays homage to adventurers and music lovers alike. Expect vibrant citrus notes and a robust, refreshing finish. Hopped generously with Centennial, Cascade, and Mosaic, alongside Mosaic Cryo for an extra punch.

Overtone - Atomic IPA
This DDH IPA, named Atomic, bursts with explosive flavour, paying homage to the iconic energy of Blondie. Its powerful hop blend electrifies the senses with a fusion of juicy citrus and stone fruit flavours. Featuring Citra, El Dorado Cryo, El Dorado, and Motueka hops.
