The origin of the first Margarita is relatively unknown, with Mexicans, British and Americans all claiming the rights to the first shake of this drink. All we definatly know now, is that this simple blend of ingredients makes for a classic cocktail which is well known around the world.
A simple combination of Tequila, Orange Liqueur and Citrus Juice, allows for a broad interpretation of what makes a truly tasty Margarita.
Our tried and well tested 😉 house recipe blend El Rayo Plata Tequila, Briottet Triple Sec and Juice from freshly squeezed limes, we’ve also added a splash of Agave Syrup and a dash or Orange bitters to truly bring out the flavours.
It is definatly a house favourite and proves to be a favourite amongst our customers as well.

As we are a new small start up, initially we decided to keep orders to a set radius and hand deliver each order. The plan was always to expand into postal deliveries eventually but after getting a fair few messages asking for boxes to be posted we have now made this possible.

Already sweet enough? Try a sour 😉

The British navy used to drink watered down spirits, instead of water as there was not always a dependable source. Add in sugar for taste and lemon for scurvy and you have a tasty mix that keeps the doctor away.

Our whiskey (whiskey with an ‘e’) sour is a delicate blend of Glenlivet Founders Reserve and homemade lemon juice which compliments the citrus notes of the whisky, sweetened just enough with our Demerara sugar syrup and shaken with aquafaba to give a beautiful head, whilst being vegan.

It not only looks good but tastes good too.

Our philosophy is simple. Deliver premium cocktails to your doorstep, sustainably.

Our main goal within the company is to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible. We plan to achieve this by using reusable, recycled and biodegrade materials. Staying with this theme we will be using seasonal, fresh, local produce to create a premium selection of small batch cocktails that are also good for the environment.
