With International women’s day approaching this week, it’s important to acknowledge that discrimination, harassment and sexism unfortunately can and still does exist within the wine industry . Following the results of The UK Women in Wine Survey 2023 orchestrated by the talented of it’s of paramount importance the industry continues to evolve, develop and strive to always do better ensuring work places for women are inclusive , supportive, rewarding and safe .
The Suzy Lampugh trust have produced free anti- harassment training to provide tools to use if you witness harassment.
Thank you to and for spearheading and for always striving for women’s best interests in the greater wine community.
