➡️Continuing the week with something else a little different, this unique beer is world famous and we've just got in the cherry edition of this oak-aged flanders red ale for you Belgian beer fans!

🍒Duchesse Cherry (6.8%) - A blend of 1 and 2 year-old Duchesse de Bourgogne flanders red ale with local, sour cherries added to the maturing beer. The malt beverage is aged in oak casks, and utilising whole cherries from the Limburg region of Belgium, as opposed to cherry syrup that is sometimes used in cherry beer production, Duchesse Cherry truly lives up to its name.

🧵Entangled (4.4%) - Aged in a mixture of oak barrels and stainless steel, where a variety of brettanomyces yeast strains work their magic. Dry hopped with Citra and Moteuka hops that dance and intertwine with the fruity brett character.

🤩The weekend is here and so is the highly anticipated DDF Caterpillar Cake Stout! This is both the birthday edition and latest entry into Vault City Brewing 's 'Double Deep Fried' series and clocks in at a massive 14.5%! 🫣

🍰This elusive cake has sparked controversy, imitation, intrigue and even nearly kicked off a legal battle, but inside this can is an enormous sweet treat imperial pastry stout that must be savoured responsibly...

🐛DDF Caterpillar Cake (14.5%) - Our double-deep-fried series is back, and this time we’ve put a birthday hat on it...

The latest in our series takes inspiration from chocolate caterpillar cake, and begs the question; is anything safe from Scottish chippies …or breweries? We’ve pushed chocolate levels to the limit, combining chocolate malts and wheat with cacao husks, nibs, cholaca and cocoa powder for the ultimate indulgent imperial stout. Expect a rich, velvety mouthfeel and layers of vanilla so smooth it could squash supermarket squabbles with a single sip.

🏭Simple Things Fermentations is a small independent brewery based in Glasgow's Southside, established 2019. They value quality, tradition, innovation, and doing things a bit differently.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿While the concepts for each beer may be simple, the delicate balance of malt, hops, yeast and water is brilliantly executed in modern twists on traditional German, Belgian, Scottish, English and American styles.

The 42nd project in the series features the dark and adorned artistry of Billelis making this range of beers a collectable art gallery of dark, elegant, romantic fusion. We are lucky to have beer no.3 of the series: a massive juicy hop bomb DIPA packed with novel hop products, made in collaboration of Latvian Brewery Arpus!

🐍Serpent's Gaze (8%) - Made with Arpus Brewing, from Latvia who poured at Hop City, showcasing New Zealand hop varieties Nelson Sauvin and Motueka in CGX enhanced pellet format for the first time.

💣The result is an 8.0% IPA which is a super hazy, bright, and nicely thick juice bomb!

🇩🇪Maibock - A Munich-style Helles brewed to Bock strength, our version of this German Spring-to-Summer lager blends Pilnser and Munich malts with Maris Otter and a pinch of Double Roast Crystal to lay a sweet, lightly toasty malt foundation that’s then balanced with a sprinkling of Tettnang hops.

🪢Twisted Pilsner - The light, golden straw colour of the iconic Pilsner style with its balance of malt sweetness, delicate hop aroma and moderate bitterness.

🤝STF x Pilot - Belgian Blonde - Big and Belgian: easy drinking and fruity!

👏AND WE NEED CONTRIBUTORS from all areas of the arty world to take part in showing their art! This opportunity is open to everyone, at all stages and abilities.

🖼️ The gallery will be hosted at Discovery Beers for a limited time so it's a great chance to show off your work and even sell a few pieces at the same time!

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿ESB (Extra Special Bitter) is a style of English pale ale popularised by Fullers and is a stronger, maltier, hoppier variant of the standard bitter. Even though this is an English style, it's brewed in Scotland so it's included in our Euro 2024 box deal! ⚽

🕺It's almost the weekend everyone! We've got Otherworld in for a tasting tomorrow but for today we're showcasing a unique beer that doesn't really align with a particular style (or with traditional methods of sales) it's Arrogant Bastard by Stone Brewing !

👺Arrogant Bastard (7.2%) - "This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth. We would suggest that you stick to safer and more familiar territory—maybe something with a multimillion-dollar ad campaign aimed at convincing you it’s made at an independent brewery, or one that implies that their tasteless seltzer / fizzy yellow beer / whatever-the-hell will give you more s*x appeal. Perhaps you think multimillion-dollar ad campaigns make all that junk taste better..."

🫣For those of you still interested after that arrogant inflammatory spiel, this ale is a hop-forward, dark red, strong American ale with huge hop bitterness that builds as you drink it. Cheers! 🍻

🕯️Five Candles (5%) Brewed to celebrate our 5th birthday and the people that make our Brewpub what it is! Across our onsite brewery, bar and pizzeria we have a beautiful array of creative individuals, who make each day interesting and hold each other like family. So here's to 5 whole years of fun and frolics in our riverside establishment! We took inspiration from our favourite West Coast breweries and loaded this Pale with 60% wheat in the grist and a big dry hop for layers of bright citrus, resin and a crisp bitterness that keeps you coming back for more.

🍺1806 Max 1 Joseph Jubilaums Export (5.2%) -Has the malt-forward, light body of a Helles lager with a slightly increased strength at 5.2% ABV. Pouring a pale golden colour, Tegernseer 1806 Max 1 Joseph Jubilaums Export offers up aromas of crisp barley malt. The flavour is fairly light, with gentle malt sweetness and a light floral bitterness on the finish.

😈Damnation IPA v3 - Citra, El Dorado, Galaxy IPA (6.2%) - Brewed in celebration of Damnation festival, the UK’s premier extreme metal festival. Brewed with barley, wheat and oats and heavily dry hopped with Citra, El Dorado and Galaxy. Our third iteration of this brew utilises old school London yeast with the hop dose split between T90 and Spectrum hop liquid additions.

🍻Hoppy Wednesday everyone! We've had a few exciting deliveries come in this week including 3 pale beers from one of Manchester's finest: Track Brewing Co. in collaboration with Fidens of Albany, NY.

👱‍♀️Maiden (8.2%) - Fidens are renowned for some of the biggest flavours in beer, producing huge hoppy, hazy numbers that changed the perception of what beer can be. This DDH DIPA is everything Fidens have come to represent. A thick and creamy mouthfeel, a pale yellow hazy pour, and an amalgamation of Citra (YCH 702 Trial, T90 & Cryo), Nelson, Nectaron, Peacharine and Riwaka Sub Zero Hop Kief working together in hoppy harmony.

It’s the collab you didn’t know you needed! Emperors x Overtone have joined forces to brew this unbelievable impy stout 😍

🫘 Sidous - Imperial Stout w/ Tonka Beans (12.8%) - Highly skilled in the dark side, the Emperor joined us to brew this special imperial stout inspired by strength and power. We created a 13% rich stout with honey and demerara in the base before conditioning the beer on our main ingredient, tonka beans. Tonka is a magical ingredient with great powers of seduction, much that of Darth Sidious. The tonka enhances the rich and sweet flavours in the base while adding some spicy and nutty vanilla notes for a well-balanced stout.
