We are both very passionate for this once mighty club .

Firstly we have different opinions, nothing wrong with that .
I try and respect everybody and I don't think your a di****ad as you have put in the message you have just sent to this page
It's political not personal
even though you have said some things that weren't very nice .
But that's all water under the bridge .
I am used to people saying some awful things ,just a shame they weren't true lol .

Could you please allow me to message you ,I did not want to put this on here,more a private message .
We all have a passion for this great club and if it's going to come back to life ,this club needs all it's fans ,but it has to run in legit way .
Iam very happy to come and meet you and have drink and talk everything Cradley.

The trust,if I remember right lost all the data and was mentioned at the last AMG .Possibly a very good reason for losing data.
Many other things they have been doing dishonestly.Thats for another day .

HSST ,Heathens Speedway Supporters Trust.
It was set up by fans who ran the Supporters club of the once great Cradley Heathens .

Years ago I'd spoken to some of the members .
They said they wanted more protection from DMANAGEMENT and going down the route of setting up Supporters Direct gave them that protection.
It also meant that we had people who would help us became a fan based run club .
Supporters Direct have helped many clubs from all sports run independently of BAD management's.

Unfortunately this trust imploded because of certain people and again I was at the head of all of this .I am the trouble maker ,just asking questions ,people get upset ,I can not see why ,if you have nothing to hide .
Again a Trust set up by people should be for the people of this great club .
But democracy was how it should be run ,not sure how some thought differently, maybe the power went to their heads .

I was dismissed from the trust for speaking my mind,freedom of speech, how does that work .....
I uncovered all the lies that DMANAGEMENT had ever said.
But the trust was all in love with them ,pity they didn't ask the VERY questions to them .
Maybe they would have picked up on the signs of them lying,but they were afraid to ask .

Now we have Fantasy backers and I am asking questions on their legitimacy ,again getting friction ,Why ?

Some fans are asking the same questions ....
We just want to make sure our club is run in a fit and proper way.

I've said to some fans, make sure your a member, so if an EGM (Emergency General meeting) is called ,they will be allowed in.
Sadly ,board members are directing them to be members from an AGM 2025 to 2026.
So if an EMG is called they won't be able to have a say .

I feel the HSST board are playing dirty tactics.

So ,I won't be calling for an EGM ,we can wait for an AGM ,that way we will have more fans there .

Also HSST have to have their accounts auditited by an accountant ,and submitted to the relevant authorities ,like Companies house and to the FCA ,Financial Conduct Authority because we are a mutual society.
Again I will tell you all, some misleading information has found it's way on to such government paper work .
Not sure of the severity of this at this time ,but I can say some of the current board are aware of this breach and really shouldn't be in the positions they are holding .
Knowing that when Supporter Direct moved away from all other sports other than football.

I believe HSST doesn't not have a constitution,
which makes this null and void .

It also allows them to make rules and regulations up so people like me ,are restricted from keeping these people's feet formly on the ground.

Fortunately we have social media .

They ....HSST and HNG ltd are not very happy with me .No surprise really ,asking relativity simple questions and getting very angry people .
Clearly I am hitting a nerve ,why ?
Something dodgy going on ?
My concerns and that of some Cradley fans just want our club to be run in a fit and proper way .
I am sure all Cradley fans want the same thing , because we don't want ,what happened happening again .

Please if you feel the same way as me and some other Cradley fans then please rejoin and become members and let all make sure this club is the best club .
Not run like cloak and Dagger operation.

If you think I talk unter bo****ks then please join the trust and come and tell everybody why .

The only way you are going to turn this sport round is by making sure
fans have a say .
Not be silenced by the corrupt, it's your sport it's your club .

Cradley is my club, like so many of us and I will not be silenced ever.

Freedom of speech!
When fans have a legitimate concern over how their speedway club is run .

Cradley speedway.

We all know how Gary axeman Patchett took Swindon
Birmingham into dark places, that a good honest promoter wouldn't have !
Then he came to Cradley where him, Mr
Fantastic and Mr CVS .

They lied and r***d our great club for their greed .
I uncovered all their lies and uncovered the accounts .
They threatened me like the had with other fans because we had concerns about how our club was being run .
I wasn't telling any lies ,I'd uncovered the truth,so I didn't fear any threats from the axeman .
They couldn't run quick enough, and they still haven't answered any of my questions to where the money went .

We have a group of people who have found land and are in the process of putting in a planning application.
All great stuff .
But the story they have spun is one that smells like a great BIG dirty RAT.
They have a secret benefactor ,who is willing to fund our new place ,again GREAT .
But they want to remain secret,SORRY that sounds as dodgy as a Dell boy deal .
They don't want to come out and be our saviour, because people will know who they are,they have money and they will get robbed .
That was a comment from HNG ltd ,really .
Again with what happened to this great club being r***d by those clowns ,fans of this great club don't want it to happen again ,and with all this secrecy going on .
All we want is honesty and we want to make sure the club is in the right hands.

Unfortunately it just sounds like a money laundering racket that they want to hide .

Yours truly is concerned like other Cradley fans are and we just want answers .

But again they don't like people having concerns and are asking questions .
If there is nothing to hide ,why be all angry and defensive.

If speedway is going to turn the corner then new clubs needs to be run in a fit and proper way not of old speedway .

Breaking News.
We only have a verbal agreement .
If all goes well, GREAT .
But if it fails on the 11th hour and HSST have spent 20k or 30k are Heathens Next Generation going to put all the money back in the POT .

All I've done is ask some simple questions .
The trust details ,which when you look back ,it's down right silly we are here.
Now the current board are bringing Lion Farm up after all these years, this another smoke screen .
Are they hoping I'll be embarrassed and go hide under a stone .
I've only ever asked direct questions.
Iam not money motived just want the truth.
What happened was all voted through.
If anyone wanted to speak their minds,they should have done that then ,not now .
Everybody can see this isn't a great move.

I think it's time to call an EGM ,on the grounds that has we know ,we don't know if we have any legally binding contract with the land owner.
When this Application goes to council it will hit the media and before the day is done everyone will know where it is .
The people round the land might strongly object and start to fight to say no .
They could put pressure on the owner.
They could just turn round to us and say ,sorry guys ,I am getting lots of abuse.
Where does that leave us .
That's why we should have a legally binding contract .

So HSST .
Can you send me the code of conduct .
I then can see what I need to do to call an EGM PLEASE.

Isn't it a shame you ask direct questions and people get FUNNY .
NOW some of the board are bringing LION FARM up !
That was 6 or 7 yrs ago .I can't recall what I did yesterday lol .
You've waited till now to bring this up WOW .
So you can see why I am bringing things up now ,not waiting years to bring up .
Resentment seems to be the order of the day .

All I asked was "do we have a legally binding contract "
Neil has stated Lion Farm fell through ,because we made mistakes, I am just asking so we don't do that again.

Even Andy Hawthorn agrees with that question ,a legally binding contract.
He also said ,maybe not ask the board of HSST ,
But ask Goeff of COV COMP.
I have called him no answer,and have left a text message .

Wouldn't all be so easy if they just said yes .
Looks like everybody have got their danders up .

Neil Saunders
Great news :We have a contract with the land owner.
I take it that it's been rubber stamped by a solicitor. So it's legally binding.
When the AGM is called ,could you bring this document and all other receipts, invoices so it's members can scrutinise them .
It's a shame Neil your still being vague ,about the trusts details ,which only leads to people thinking something isn't right .
You do make a rod for your own backs .
It also seems most of the board are upsetting members by private messaging them .

Remember,this isn't misinformation, it's what Kim said in a call to me .
It's not scaremongering when it came from with in the trust .
It's also a shame that we have lost the freedom of speech.
Only to be ridiculed when people or members voice any concerns.

All seems well then!

This club Cradley Heathens is a sleeping GIANT, we hope.
We don't want people to take advantage of that again , we could be a force to be reconded with .we want to win in the top league .
We all remember those three crooks who lied to us all and r***d the club of any chance of finding our own home .

HSST was set up by fans for fans .
Trust members need to be a part of what ever comes .
If the trust is to spend its money then it needs to be part of its future.
I made a post last week about who is spending the money, Heathens Next Generation or HSST .
It was my bad ,I didn't word it correctly.

Turns out I upset HSST,Kim called me to find where I was going with this .
KIM made some alarming statements .
One being ,they like to shut HSST down and turn it back in to a supporters club .
If this was to happen ,no fan would ever have a say .
With what this club has gone through ,are you happy with that ?
To be denied a SAY .

Heathens Next Generation have a backer to spend lots of money on returning us back to a home we can call our HOME .
KIM said it's money that is to be loaned and to be paid back .
Nothing wrong with that ,but this I where I am starting to feel really uneasy about all of this .

I decide to email the trust ,Neil Saunders ,asking for the trust business address,any registered numbers ,ie Company House, any society registered numbers .
Three emails later and he has refused to give me those details .
Now has a Trust and he being Chairman he can not refuse to give me those details, in fact they should be on the Web site ,that hasn't been updated for a couple of years .
Has stated in an email ,I will find those details. I will also report him to the reverent governing bodies, they will be informed of his actions .

We have to make sure this trust is open and transparent.

Supporters Direct helped many clubs ,run has fan based clubs and Cradley should be treated the same if fans want it .

At the AGM last year ,I asked if a deal had been done with the land owner.
I believe yes ,it was over a couple of pints of beer.
Question to the board.
Have we know got a contract pending planning approval?

Because if we haven't and the owner pulls out on the 11th hr ,we have wasted lots of money.

This is business su***de and If you can not see this then ,you really shouldn't be spending our money.
Alan Sugar would be saying "your all fired".

I'll be making sure ,when an AGM is called we'll be ready to ask the right questions.

If your a fan of this great club, then rejoin as a member and let's make sure this club is run right ,not to let people use it to make money at the clubs exspense.

I know people this say I've said it all wrong ,who cares.

It's about the fans of this club making sure they have a say .
It's has simple has that .

Conspiracy theory number 2 .
Picking bits out from a conservation I'd had with a board member is untrue and I am stiring the pot ,they'll say .

It was mentioned that they have considered or are considering on shutting HSST down!

Cradley could be a sleeping GIANT.
Think we all know speedway is in a mess ,but they could turn this mess round and speedway could become fashionable again .

So this idea of shutting HSST down could of only ever come from the very people who want to resurrect it back from the dead.
I certainly don't mind that.
But speedway fans and specially cradley fans because of what's gone before and the currant state of speedway .

Fans need to have a say in all aspects of running this club and HSST is part of that .

Conspiracy theories ,here is one more .
Could anyone please tell me ,when HSST made an announcement to buy race jackets for BIG Als memorial meeting at Blummy stadium .
At the time I also asked Blummies if they are making any donation to the Grahame family
I heard nothing ,not once but many times I asked.

Also no mention was ever broadcast of such a donation being made .

Can anyone hel me please.

Unofficial trust here.
I had a call yesterday by a board member.
It seems people don't like me asking questions .
This country is a democracy and freedom of speech is what any body is entitled to have their say .
Now again clearly what I am saying not not going down to well.
It's not good going to an AGM and members not knowing all the information that they should be told even by the current board ,they should have our interests first,not of any other group.

Couple of comments all share with you .
Their is only two board members ,the rest just make up the numbers,the board member said .
The board member also said they like to take it back to a supporters club .
If going back to a supporters club ,all off HSST members would lose any votes any opinions going forward .
If any fans still have passion fr this club ,then I suggest that you become a member.
Because when an AGM is called to break news of the return of this once great club ,new members won't be getting a vote on what will be coming .
It's only a fiver.
Get in before they take your vote away from you .

Some very interesting news coming from Mildenhall and BSP ltd.
It seems the powers that be are allowing fans to run their own speedway club !
Something ,HSST tried.
This has been going on at many sporting clubs from football to any sports club where fans get involved in the day to day running of everything .
Not sure if the fans here will be allowed to help run the teams,but time will tell.
Have the BSP ltd decided to let fans run clubs because it's hard to find crooked businessmen ?

Members of HSST ,this is something that we need to push ,being we are giving our money over to Heathens Next Generation Ltd.
Please go over the the Mildenhall Speedway Club and see for your self .
But here are some snap shots of what they have posted .

Many of you have asked for clarification around the Supporters Trust and what this means for you, if you join.
We hope the below information will clarify this for you;

🐯 Fen Tigers Supporters Trust Information 🐯

- The Trust will have its own page on the Mildenhall Fen Tigers website what people can go to find all information related to the trust, this will be available shortly.

- The Supporter’s Trust is being set up to make Mildenhall the FIRST Fan-Owned speedway club in the UK!

- To join the club, you would be required to complete and return the application forms, along with an annual membership fee of £100.

- For each membership you gain 1 vote for all committee matters - this includes, but is not limited to, election of board members each year.

- The Trust will partially fund the club to get up and running. We hope to raise a minimum of £10,000 working capital to get us started. The initial £10,000 will go towards the License to run and British Speedway Promoters Limited (B.S.P.L.) league entrance bond, the track inspection by the Speedway Control Board (S.C.B.) and numerous facilities that will be required to make the Fen tigers and Mildenhall stadium compliant with S.C.B. regulations (i.e. hire of a toilet/shower block, etc).

- The trust will be run by the steering committee. The steering committee will consist of a minimum 5 people elected each year by you, the members of the trust.

- There will be a minimum of 3 Trustees, who will oversee the financial wellbeing of the trust.

- Members of the trust will hold no legal liability to any club/trust related issues.

- You can become a member of the trust no matter where you live! If you are not able to attend vote meetings in person, you will be able to enter your vote by email.

- The trust will publish accounts at the end of each year, and we hope to be able to use an external company to do so.

- There will be ongoing fundraisers and various sponsorship opportunities throughout the season to keep the Trust solvent and ensure that there are enough funds to run each meeting.

- Any funds remaining at the end of the year will roll over to next season to go towards the running costs of the club.

- You will receive regular trust updates via email
