Check out this simple and delicious recipe (all ingredients can be bought in store) 😊😎.

1 cup of Frozen Berries

1/2 cup of Greek Yoghurt

1 1/4 cup of whole milk (for extra protein) or fruit juice

1 tablespoon of Honey

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
