NEW Special Edition Zingy Burger Sauce was made in collaboration with renowned chef and food writer Mark Hix. With lemon juice, mustard, turmeric, black pepper, allspice and chillies, it’s the perfect balance of sweet and tangy.

Mark Hix says “I have been using Tracklements in my restaurants for many years, and they are my go-to choice for condiments at home. It was a pleasure to be asked to collaborate on this new limited edition sauce.”

We are Scotland’s only stockist of this beautiful new season olive oil. Just a small family business this extra virgin olive oil is produced in the Belice Valley in Sicily from olives grown, harvested, and pressed locally, on the same day of picking, within a five-mile radius from the grove. 🇮🇹
