More bad news from us here at Central Stores - Charlton Down unfortunately!

Once again, due to staffing issues, the shop will be closing early this evening, we will only be open until [5PM] and the Post Office will only be open until [4PM].

We apologise again for any inconvenience this will cause anyone.

Everyone here is trying their best and doing everything we can, we understand your frustration and we’re working on it!

Despite all this, I really do hope you all have an amazing evening and weekend! 😊

POST OFFICE UPDATE TUES 21ST FEB

With regards to our previous Facebook Post, we are still unable to process customs labels for international post in store. These will have to be done online before coming in for drop-off. Apologies

YOU CAN GET THEM DONE AT THE MAIN POST OFFICE IN TOWN!

POST OFFICE UPDATE!

FROM TOMORROW (TUES 21ST FEB)
We will be able to accept any international post again. They will still need a hand written customs label, however they will also need to be processed through our system for an electronic entry too. Bear with us...its a new process for us too, but we'll try to help as much as we can 🙂

UPDATE ON INTERNATIONAL POST USING THE POST OFFICE:

As you may know already, we currently cannot process the majority of the international post due to recent cyber incidents. However, we can send regular sized post internationally as it does not require a customs declaration.

If you have any large letters and/or parcels that urgently need to go, you CAN send them using the online post office service as customs declarations are entered electronically.

We will let you know in due course when we can start excepting them again. Hope this helps 🙂
