Ormarine Picpoul de Pinet 'Cuvée Estela' élevée Sur Lies Fines
Ormarine’s story began in 1922 when winegrowers from Pinet gathered to form a winegrowers’ association. Fast forward to today, and Ormarine is the leading brand of the Picpoul de Pinet appellation. Located in the heart of the small village of Pinet, the home of the Piquepoul Blanc grape variety, they produce more than 40% of the appellation’s wines. Leading the team is Cyril Payon, former president of the Oenologists of France. And he’s taken this wine to the next level. Like Muscadet Sur Lie, Picpoul Sur Lie is Picpoul aged on its spent yeast cells, or ‘lees’. This creates complex flavours and texture, whilst retaining the ever-popular flavours Picpoul is loved for. Expect aromas of acacia and hawthorn with flavours of nectarine and citrus. Its fresh acidity makes it a great choice for seafood.
Watching the football? We have the perfect drink to accompany it. This unique English Lager is blended by one of the nation's leading wine producers. Using a blend of Burgundy wine yeast and a classic lager yeast. Expect melon, tropical fruit and Brioche on the pallet. Don't forget you can use Uber eats and deliveroo for your order from Majestic wine.

Krombacher is Germany's bestselling premium Pils. It is still family-owned and since 1803 has only brewed at source. For over 200 years the brewery has drawn on the pure, local spring water, soft and low in minerals, ideal for brewing lagers. Krombacher Pils has a wonderfully smooth balance of aromatic German 'noble hops', light malt and a distinct crispness. An exceptionally refreshing finish reveals a slight bitterness that continues through to a pleasant aftertaste.

We are running a Rosé showcase tasting this afternoon and we still have places available. We'll be tasting a fantastic selection of Rosé and we will also have a white wine from Provence thats is brand new to the range so be one of the first to give it a try.
It is also free to attend! The tasting is on from 15:00 - 16:30 and is a drop in event so you can turn up at any time bewteen 15:00-16:30. We look forward to seeing welcoming you in store.

La Commanderie de Peyrassol was established in the 13th century by the Knights Templar. Today, it’s one of the most renowned estates in Provence. The team there are committed to quality – they manage each of their vineyards like a grand cru, and their grapes are grown organically. This rosé is a blend of five different varieties, which are harvested in the coolest hours of the night to preserve their exceptional freshness. Discover crisp notes of peach, raspberry and citrus zest, with a delicate herbal character. Several months of lees ageing gives it a rounded texture that’s perfect with seafood or a niçoise salad.
