Since 2016, we've been proud operators of the Post Office local counter at Townstal Road Garage and have enjoyed being able to service the local community. Unfortunately, recent months have presented unforeseen challenges and therefore we took the difficult decision to resign the Post Office Counter.

Good news is we've been working hard behind the scenes with the Post Office and SPAR Southwest to re-house the counter in an arguably more suitable location (location to be confirmed in the new year) and ensure this community provision continues. In the meantime, we apologise for any inconvenience caused but would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all our staff and customers and we wish you all very Happy New Year.

Great News…. We have an additional Chef demo tomorrow at 2pm, Rick Stein and Angela Hartnett will be joining us on the stage to cook up a storm. Tickets are free but wrist bands must be collected from our information stand in the Royal Avenue Gardens from 10am tomorrow Saturday 26th Oct ….
