International services are back on​! 🥳

We can now accept and sell postage for letters ​and parcels to all international destinations. Due to new procedures, you will be required to fully complete a customs form and provide senders full name and address for each package.

You will get a digital pickup pass by email or text that we then scan to release your parcel.

⚠️ International Service Update ⚠️

We are now able to accept standard size letters that do not require a customs declaration. These can only contain some sort of correspondence and not any sort of goods. The only service available to post these is using standard or economy services.

Any letters and parcels that contain goods are still suspended and cannot be sent. All tracked & signed services are also suspended.

⚠️ Royal Mail Strike Action ⚠️

Due to strike action by Royal Mail staff there will be no more collections or deliveries of mail until Wednesday 28th December.
The Post Office is still open as usual with all services available however there will be delays in mail being collected.

The first coinage featuring King Charles III have entered circulation!

In total, 4.9 million 50 pence coins will be released across 9,452 Post Offices.

We're delighted to be working with The Royal Mint on this and we'll have the coins in branch from today.

These can be requested as part of your change but cannot be exchanged cash for cash.

⚠️ Recommeded Posting Dates UK⚠️

Due to strike action by Royal Mail, the last recommended posting dates for the UK have changed.

2nd class: 12th December
1st Class: 16th December
Special Delivery: 21st December

These however are not guarantees so it's recommended to post ASAP to ensure and parcels and letters get there for Christmas.

The current days for upcoming Royal Mail strikes are 9th, 11th, 14th, 15th, 23rd & 24th December. We will be open as usual on these days and any mail posted will leave the next working day.
