Bonfire Night activities are scheduled to take place this weekend so PLEASE, PLEASE do remember to check your bonfires carefully before you set light to them. A shovel or other sharp implement could hurt them. If you don't want to move the pile, have a good rummage with a broom periodically to rouse them, however, there also may be little hoglets so again, please check carefully. Light your bonfire in the corner rather than the middle which offers them an escape route.

This year, we’re mixing things up at Crediton Foodbank! Instead of individual donations, we’re asking for a bag full of Christmas treats to help us create well-rounded festive hampers, and ensure we don't land up with thousands of mince pies in January. 😄✨

🎁 Choose from options for one, two, or four+ households, andor donate a new gift like a board game or book! Your donation will make a huge difference to families in need this Christmas.

Her vibrant artwork, inspired by vintage 1930s railway posters, celebrates the natural beauty of South West England.
