Meet Miles of one of our amazing suppliers we work with at The Cocktail Society. Miles furnished us with his delicious Gibsons Organic Liqueurs and they couldn’t be more local.

Miles farm in Westwell, Oxfordshire is approximately 15 miles from where we produce the cocktails. The picking and production is done mainly hand and according to the seasons, protecting the land and environment.

Don’t be fooled though, Miles is a master of his art and supplies some of the UK’s top bars and venues with his incredible Elderflower, Blackberry, Elderberry and Blackcurrant liqueurs.

Pear Sour //

This one’s a beaut. A simple sour recipe that brings the elegance of the humble pear centre stage.

50ml Pear Brandy
50ml Pear Nectar
25ml Syrup
12.5ml Lemon
1 Egg White / 8 drops vegan foamer

For the garnish, cut a pear lengthways in half. Then carefully slice out the segment, making sure to keep a sharp tip.

An easy alcohol-free serve 🍏

50ml Warner's Distillery Juniper Double Dry 0.0%
10ml Cinnamon Syrup
50ml Frobishers Apple Juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake well, then strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Lovely stuff.

Here's a cocktail perfect for that "inbetween" time, after Christmas but before New Year:

The Limbo

60ml White Rum
15ml Banana Liqueur
30ml Orange Juice

Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice, and pour into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a dash of confusion over what day it is 😝
