Could someone you know, love or support be interested in some low level community support. Leaves them with their independence but might be able to point them in the right direction of help if they need it.
Or maybe just a cuppa and chat will make their day, invite them, sit with them and help them meet other people that may just being feeling the same or struggling in the same way.
You may have a great good news story that you just want to share and make others smile.
What ever your reason we will be there to welcome you, the coffee will be hot and the Tea stewed, we will ensure there are some very affordable cakes out for the occasion.
