Unicorn out!! So that’s it for us, to totally misquote Monty Python This unicorn is no more! They has ceased to be! They’re expired and gone to meet their maker! They’re pushing up daisies, they’ve kicked the bucket, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisible!! THIS IS AN EX-UNICORN!!
Thanks to everyone that’s supporting us over the last 6 years, we’ve loved meeting you and especially seeing you for our final 2 days this weekend - please remember our independent neighbours here at Fargo Village, and beyond and give them the support they need to survive the new year. The supermarkets beat us, don’t let your favourite independent businesses go the same way!

Last ever desk cam POV 😔 Were closing for evar!!! Well, we may pop back for a Saturday or 2 whilst we have stock but then that’s your lot!!
It’s been such a crazy 6 years - we’ve had some really hard times but we’ve also had a ton of fun along the way too - thank you to everyone that’s supported us, and if you’re sad to see us go then use that energy to go support other vegan independent businesses before they struggle too

So it’s not just Liz Truss that’s off!! Our last official day of trading will be Sunday 30th of October 😔 we’re so incredibly sad to be closing but we just can’t keep going 😔 we may come back for the occasional Saturday depending on stock but no promises 🤞
We still meed someone to take over our lease so if you know anyone that needs a great value unit in a fab location with the best neighbours you could ever wish for then drop me a message or pop in the shop whilst I’m here

Important post! Please read!
I know we’re not the only ones struggling, either as a business or a family - the financial situation us hitting so many people hard, and the domino effect just seems to keep on going.
We’ve just found out that our shop electricity bill is set to triple from October which quite honestly is likely to see us close 😔 we still have some stock in fridges (a variety of cheeses) and freezer (mainly sausages and Booja Booja ice cream) that we will now have to reduce in a bid to empty them and switch them off 😔
We’re tied into a contract with FarGo Village until August 23 so we need to find someone to take over our lease so we can actually wrap up - if you know anyone wanting a small business premises at very competitive rates in an awesome community either message me or email FarGo Village ([email protected])
I’ll keep you posted as to how things are going but we will be open as normal for now - we need your support now more than ever 😔

What a rubbish end to a difficult month, and definitely not what we needed! Business has been very quiet, more than most January’s, and honestly it’s putting a real strain on keeping going 😔 Veganuary should be good for us, but it’s not.

What a grey end to what has been such an awful year! We’re ringing the mew year in quietly at home this year, just us, a bottle of bourbon and a box set or 2!! I is f you’re doing the same, we still have loads of goodies to make you feel warm and cozy tonight and we’re open til 4pm

So it’s finally Christmas Eve and I’m still not bloody Christmassy!!! 😬😂🦄🎄
I’m sure I’ll enjoy the day anyway, but just a reminder to you guys, not everyone gets the Christmas spirit and that’s ok x tomorrow is your day to do things your way, make the most of time by yourself, or enjoy the company you have - whatever works for you x I’ll be eating too much, maybe drinking too much and being bad at Trivial Pursuit 😂 what are your plans?
