Our story, why it is Elementary my dear Watsons.
The story starts with a chance encounter. A wine merchant making a delivery to a successful pub/restaurant “Hi Im Tim” says one, “me too Tim Watson” says the other. “No way me too”. Two Tim Watsons. A friendship is formed.
Over time that friendship blossoms, careers change, a wine shop is opened, a pub sold, many pictures painted, time is spent travelling, yoga skills are learned, and taught. One things remains core to both, a passion in craft beer, and the spark of an idea.
A conversation started over the top table at The Grape to Glass. A discussion on the fact that there is something missing in Rhos, a place to get good craft beers, sit in and enjoy in a relaxed atmosphere, and get a couple more to take home.
