Cobham's locally-owned, independent wine shop We opened our shop in May 2010 and have had a tremendous response from local residents and neighbouring villagers.

Fabulous lunch at one of our favourite places in Marseille . The Verdesse from the Savoie region was delicious and very different. Lovely friendly service, terrific wine list and great food, all served in a funky and cool environment. Stuffed onion and celeriac puree was soooo good.

Fabulous long weekend in . Beautiful village, full of amazing wine shops. My favourite shop , is full of wonderful wines and we bumped into the charming Benoit, who I met at a tasting just a few weeks ago. His wines were showing so well!

On a lovely weekend trip to Norhern Spain we found a terrific wine shop near . We tried some great wines. If you are ever staying in that region, highly recommended for an amazing selection.

The highlight of today was trying the Mount Langi Ghiran 2017 with the charming Gordon Gebbi and . Juicey red fruits, white pepper, spice and silky tannins. Delicious!

We so love this wine from and his friends in . It is totally smashable now, with nectarine, peach and orange notes, beautifully mineral and racy acidity. In the 2 months since it was released, the wine has changed and is developing further in the bottle. Delicious on its own, or with seafood, salads, light chicken dishes and soft cheeses.

Pleasure to meet and taste with Sam Barry of Jim Barry Wines on Tuesday. Very fine Rieslings and of course The Armagh Shiraz a true Oz Icon

We tried out the new Nick Beardsaw bistro in last night. The food was excellent and this from St Julien, was fantastic. Good, tight wine list and very fair pricing. The servers, all young, are enthusiastic and friendly and just need to find their groove a little, which will come with a few more services under their belt. We are going back, so recommended!
