*Reporting to the Deli manager, you will be required to carryout a high level of customer service in the deli & will be responsible for preparing, merchandising & serving our range of food from the hot food bar and cold deli serve over. You will be expected to help drive sales of this department while following cleaning/duty schedules and adhering to our HACCP regulations

*Applicants must have:

Flexible approach to working hours as the role will include weekends on a rota basis to suit the needs of the business and early morning starts

Excellent work ethic
Ability to work on their own initiative. Good inter personal skills.Computer literacy would be considered an advantage. Flare for fresh food preparation would be considered an advantage. Knowledge of HACCP would be an advantage Full training will be given to successful applicants
