Join the Liqueurious Cocktail Bar at Friday 28th July from 5pm. Here's a couple of our newly crafted beer cocktails using some of their mighty fine Cotswold beer (and our mighty fine liqueurs too!). Technically not a Lagerita as we're using Pale Ale for a balanced finish but we couldn't think of an alternative name! Best name suggestion gets a free Lagerita on the night 😁

Have you ever wanted to explore cocktail making with friends, family and colleagues in the comfort of your own home? Well, we're please to announce the launch of our very own Cotswold Cocktail School.
Cocktail lessons include a personal mixologist who travels to your venue of choice, where you'll be hands on making theatrical cocktails, with all equipment, glasses, ingredients, spirits and recipes provided. Cocktail making the easy way!

A Coffea Martini 43 is a fusion of a Spanish after dinner drink called Carajillo and an Espresso Martini. To add to the mystique we’ve rebranded the Espresso Martini in salute to our Coffea Coffee Liqueur! Put simply it’s a cold punchy caffeinated alcoholic coffee cocktail, with a vanilla edge.

Who wouldn’t question the ’43’ element?!

Designed for theatrics and served on extraordinary occasions our Camellia Fashioned is a take on the grandaddy of cocktails, an Old Fashioned. It’s a most perfectly balanced drink with undertones of cinnamon and rye spice, which magnificently pairs with tea tannins and bitters. It’s our absolute go to tipple.
Recipe:
50ml Camellia Black Tea Liqueur
50ml Bourbon
5 drops Angostura bitters
Large ice cube
Orange peel twist
Luxardo cherry (very optional!)
