🌟 Nurturing Our Neighbourhood in Aberdare, Wales! 🌟

We're excited to share how we've been making a positive impact in our community through the Starting Blocs programmes with Welsh Athletics. These summer camps are all about introducing kids aged 4-12 to the joys of athletics in a fun and engaging way. From running to jumping to throwing, the kids are learning essential movement skills that set the foundation for a lifelong love of sports! 🏃‍♂️🏅

SPAR provided every young athlete at the camp with a delicious free lunch, snacks, and refreshments. This support was a huge hit with the kids and a massive relief for the parents, who appreciated the nutritious and tasty meals provided for their children 🍎🥪

We're proud to be nurturing the next generation of sporting champions and fostering a healthier, happier community. By partnering with Welsh Athletics, we're ensuring that kids in Aberdare have access to quality athletic programmes and the opportunity to develop their skills in a supportive and positive environment 🏘️💚

Together, Welsh Athletics and SPAR are dedicated to building a stronger community and inspiring our young people to reach for the stars! 🌟
