Unfortunately we will no longer receive home made cakes from Nickie. This is due to the raising costs of ingredients along with the increased price of packaging and cooking costs. Nickie has made a very tough decision to close her business as it is no longer financially viable. We would like to thank Nickie for all her baking for the last 10 years and wish her the very best of luck for the future.

Say cheese!
We have a lovely selection of cheeses in the chiller cabinet at the back of the shop, just by the milk; hard and soft cheeses, white and blue cheeses, cookable and spreadable cheeses, and sheep's milk and goat's milk cheeses!
And if you need some crackers to eat them with we have plenty of those too.
And don't forget the port...!

It was great to see Charlton Kings Community Brass playing beautiful music outside the shop yesterday, and thank you to all of you who donated to Christian Aid's Christmas Appeal.
