Everyone got quite good at it, then started sticking their booze on carriages/ships/etc and flogging it elsewhere. 'Drinks retail', to give it a nasty label, was born. People stopped coming up with cunning new ideas. Wine in particular reversed itself into a cul-de-sac of wankiness - not

a clever strategy when you're dealing with something sooooo complicated to start with. Whether it's the suave but supremely patronising chateau-owner or the
plummy, cravat-fluffing Mayfair merchant, it really is time for a game-changer, chaps. That's where THIRSTY comes in. No, we can't promise a miracle cure for hangovers (quite the contrary). Nor can we make you more attractive to the opposite/same sex (unless you consume our gear in copious amounts). But we can certainly help you take a fresh look at how you view, choose and buy wine, beer, cider, spirits and other odds & sods. Take to the streets, fellow peasants - and revolt!

🚨 Pouring Friday 🚨 Teddy on tour. In April we took a trip down to Lewes to visit the brilliant and lovely guys Beak Brewery + Taproom . We brewed an outstanding all Citra Pale, with Teddy’s approval along the wine. We then headed to visit our good friend and brewing superstar Jack Baron Brewing to brew Thirsty Boy 2 a proper refreshing pale - this time with a bit more bite from using Mosaic.We were planning on saving these for Monday but we have decided we couldn’t wait any longer therefore we are Pouring BOTH Friday!#poodlelife

Sun’s Out. Shins Out. Aperol Spritz out. Great idea Teddo!

Damn. It’s good. Beak Brewery + Taproom have done it again. This time in cask. Lulla at just 3.4% proper soft and refreshing but packs a little juicy punch typical with all the Beak beers we know and love. Perfect with food from TIKKA TONIC this evening. Get it before it’s gone!

After tasting alotttttt of potential options. As soon as that first sip of cosmic dust went down. We knew we had a winner. Gravity Well Brewing Company have absolutely hit the nail on the head with this lil 3.8% beer that punches way above its weight. We love it. Welcome to a permanent position on the board.
