It's looking like being a busy summer and autumn for Xenaloid. A sound system of some form is out 3 weekends in August, 2 weekends in september. And for October we will be putting out some fancy new mid range units as part of our main rig. Pictures of these absolutely beautiful creations to follow...

Another successful event done. XPA providing our main rig for Cambridge Pride dance tent 2024. We were able to push a decent level all day. A cardioid subwoofer system was implemented to greatly reduce the rear bass projection, and there were no complaints from the sound level man testing at the back this year.

It's been a busy month for us. The main system going in at both whoosh and zombiefest with lots of happy punters. It was absolutely banging in whoosh with clear sound and seismic bass anywhere in the room particularly up front. So impressed with this rig.

What better way to see the new year in than a party? Xenaloid providing our baby system and some basic lighting at a local event. We think it transformed the space perfectly. Venue owners happy, punters very happy. Despite the compact size it still packs a hearty punch with clear and balanced sound. Happy new year!

We are very much looking forward to making our sound system sing at Zombie Fest 6 this year. Saturday 29th October at Mildenhall Speedway (Cambs).

East Anglia’s biggest Halloween festival is back! Saturday 29th October Day of the Dead – family friendly day event 1pm – 8pm Night of the Dead – over 18’s all nighter 6pm – 6am Over 100 Acts! Free parking!

New subs in stack formation, ready for the dance test at the Cambridge pride event this Saturday. 6700 watts rms, 13400 watts peak. The numbers don't really do the system justice though since the units are very efficient. The 4 subwoofers working together are capable of incredibly high SPL levels (143db @ 40hz and above).

New XPA toys. The previous tops have been made into separate stacking modules and a 2nd pair of 10s added: now 1260 watts rms per side so plenty of noise available there. The individual units are only 13kgs each so nice and light for putting up on stands. There are some cool looking custom made grilles coming soon. Last but not least: a new 4 channel power amp (2600 watts rms per channel) which will be used for powering the subs. More to come soon. (and yes that is indeed alcohol free Gin :) )

The Xenaloid team wish everyone a very happy 2022. Last year was a covid wash out but things are hopefully looking better this year. Xenaloid has a few bookings in the diary already and we are looking forward to showcasing some new sound reinforcement equipment that is in the pipeline. Exciting :)
