If your posting back a return using the same bag it came in, turn it inside out and this covers up your old postal label and stop items being returned to you 🎄🎄🎄🎄

Good morning, long read but worth it 😁 this is a reminder to please collect your parcels from over the weekend and before, due to limited space we are only holding for 3 days now
some of your parcels have been with me for 2 weeks !!!
Please help us by collecting when you are notified your parcel is with us we're open 7am till 8pm Monday to Saturday (8am sat )
Call before or after work it's easy 🥰🥰

Please don't just turn up and say you have a parcel because we have 100s we need you to be ready to collect when you enter and know who your carrier is ( screen shot or have it ready in your phone before you get to the counter )

Here's how

Have your tracking number ready for royal mail and yours or the person you are collecting for ID if it's a redirection it's the person and the address on the parcel.....

Qr code for collection for EVRI.we have to scan to release your parcel. ID of person on parcel.

Barcode for Amazon ( is on your account page click the order you are collecting and tracking my parcel)

Pick up pass for DPD

You don't get that service anywhere else for parcel collection we offer it 7 days a week!!

Royal mail have suspended all post to Canada with immediate effect due to industrial action. All post that has already gone may face delays. Parcel force as still offering a service but that will only be on parcels.

Big shout out this morning, if you have parcels to pick up please can you plan to collect today, we have a few rather large items that have been here since weekend.
On the run up to Christmas we want to help you shop and keep your items safe while your out or at work so please help us by collecting when your informed there here.
Holding times will limited to 3 days as we approach the busy season,from next week.

Good morning, let's talk about posting abroad.

Takes forever ,you have to write and declare all your items on the smallest label only to stand and wait for us to input all said information!!!

Not anymore😊😊😊

Before you send abroad on the run up to Christmas scan this QR code and put all your information into a digital customs label which then I can just scan.
This allows me to provide a quick , fast and efficient service which can be done on both counters any time of the day.
All written custom labels will only be able to be processed at certain times between. 10.30 and 4.30 Monday to Friday and Saturday 10am till 12pm.
