Founded in 1946 by the grandfather Mário Barbeito de Vasconcelos, Vinhos Barbeito was always managed by family members.
The Barbeito Reserva Verdelho White Wine is produced from the Verdelho and Sercial grape varieties. Reveals citrus colour. Exuberant, fresh and elegant nose, where white and yellow fruit emerge, combined with a well-integrated smooth toast. Creamy palate and good depth sustained by the fine and firm acidity that lingers from the beginning to the end. This Barbeito is an excellent aperitif and pairs well with seafood, limpets, grilled or marinated fish.

Nowadays, this company is dedicated to the exploration of three estates in the demarcated region of Óbidos - Quinta do Sanguinhal, Quinta das Cerejeiras and Quinta de S. Francisco. Located 40 minutes away from Lisbon, these estates represent the most prestigious Óbidos DOC wines.
The Quinta das Cerejeiras Grande Reserva 2016 Red Wine has a ruby color and, on the nose there are notes of cherry jam and vanilla and slightly spicy, and on the mouth you can feel the fruit well combined and the persistent finish.

Herdade do Cebolal is located on the Alentejo coast, in the demarcated region Península de Setúbal, near the village of Vale das Éguas. As a way to honor the great-great-grandfather, Caio de Loureiro, a pioneer in agro-industrial activity and very important in the history and tradition of viticulture and winemaking of the family, they launched the red wine Herdade de Cebolal Caios 2011.
Made from Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Touriga Nacional grape varieties, this wine is sophisticated and ruby in color, with notes of red fruits and spices, in a balance of elegance, exoticism and freshness.
Winemakers: António José Saramago and Luís Mota Capitão.

Pinhanços is a magic slope that is like a balcony facing the majestic “Serra da Estrela”, and it was in this region that the Quinta de Pinhanços Altitude 2011 wine was born.
