X.O. Terre is the Godet art of cognac at its finest: the oldest and most complex Cognac.

It is an unconventional blend of 6 cognac wines. For each of these terroirs, Godet cognac select the finest eaux de vie, matured in oak barrels for between 10 and 30 years, then stored in their coastal cellars in La Rochelle on the west coast of France.

Only a few dozen barrels are bottled every year, to obtain this outstanding cognac.

The Signature Series is four-part limited-edition series from Arran Whisky. It is a selection of Arran Single Malts which showcases the diversity of the spirit and embodies the Arran distillery values. It features four unique bottlings specially chosen by Lochranza Distillery Manager Stewart Bowman and given his seal of approval.

Over the course of the secondary maturation, the intensity of the heavily peated whisky has taken on an even more complex and full-bodied character. The smaller the size of cask, the greater the surface contact area between the wood and the spirit, effectively creating an environment for ‘express’ maturation. The resulting Whisky has the benefit of more intense flavours which add depth and greater nuance to the final dram. Smokier notes mingle with the well-loved charred citrus and sweet vanilla spices of Arran Single Malt, evoking a bonfire made from barrel staves.

Introducing the 2024 Sauternes Cask Matured limited edition from Kilchoman, Islay's traditional farm distillery.

Sauternes maturation is a challenge, particularly full term maturation, that’s why it is so rare. Our first release of sauternes cask matured Kilchoman Distillery in 2016, was matured entirely in fresh (first fill) sauternes casks for five years. The second edition, released in 2018, was finished for five months in sauternes casks.

This time Anthony decided on a vatting of 22% fresh and 78% refill casks from two distillation years. This roughly 3:1 ratio of fresh and refill casks creates the perfect balance of sauternes influence and Kilchoman character. Most of the refill casks selected were previously used for the 2018 sauternes finish release. Using sauternes casks for finishing is the ideal preparation for full maturation, the shorter finishing period extracts the most intense sauternes influence, creating casks that develop plenty of sauternes influence without losing structure or balance.

🥃 After a full maturation in Sauternes barriques, the result is a delicious dram bursting with waves of sweet fruits and butterscotch, perfectly balanced with our Islay peat smoke.

👃 Nose: Creamy, buttery notes with ripe fruits, hint of salty sea air and subtle peat smoke.

👅 Palate: Butterscotch and floral notes combine with tropical and candied fruits with integrated peat smoke flowing throughout.

🏁 Finish: Sweetness continues onto the finish, balanced with clean lingering smoke and rich texture.

Elements is a series of whiskies that delves into the artistry of production that makes Laphroaig’s Whisky so richly flavoured and full of character. To create the second edition to the collection, the Laphroaig distillery team were given free rein to produce something unexpected that embodies the Laphroaig profile while adding new dimensions of flavour.

Instead of the usual 55 hour fermentation, Elements 2.0 is created from a number of longer fermentations; this ranges up to almost five full days in the tun, for a total of 115 hours. This is specially aerated to maintain mash conditions, like the practices of old. This unprecedented fermentation emphasises the fruitier notes of this exceptional Islay Single Malt, whilst maintaining Laphroaig’s signature peaty character.

Established in 1790, Balblair sits on a remote and unspoiled hillside overlooking the Dornoch Firth in the North of Scotland. Balblair is one of the oldest distilleries in the Highlands, and can also boast being the second oldest working distillery in the industry.

Always non-chill filtered and natural in colour, Balblair Single Malt is intriguingly complex and satisfying. The Master Distillers capture the intense esters at the start of the spirit cut, giving the Whisky its signature fruity and fresh characteristics. The heavier oils and lipids at the end of the cut are also captured, giving leathery, nutty, full-bodied notes.

Blablair 12 Year old is a perfect balance of fruit, spice and sweetness. Matured in ex-Bourbon and American oak casks, this elegant Single Malt is bright with lemon and vanilla notes, layered with green apples.

Balblair 15 Year old has been matured in ex-Bourbon casks and finished in first-fill Spanish Sherry oak. This creates a rich, full bodied, sweet Whisky, with notes of leatherwood, honey and gingerbread.

Matured for 18 years in ex-Bourbon casks, the Balblair 18 also enjoyed an additional finishing period in Sherry oak. Rich, fruity and autumnal in character, there are notes of baked pears, warm spice and leather.

The Balblair 21 Year Old was initially matured in ex-Bourbon and double-fired American oak casks for 15 years. It was then further matured in the finest, hand selected, Spanish Sherry oak seasoned with Oloroso. Expect aromas of aromatic cinnamon and nutmeg.

For over a quarter of a century, the rare Balblair 25 Single Malt has developed and mellowed, becoming concentrated, full-bodied and indulgent. Patiently matured in Bourbon and Sherry oak, this Whisky is brimming with the dark intensity of chocolate praline and spices.
