India Pale Ale 5.5%
This ale is traditionally highly hopped and robust to survive the long voyage to the Indian sub-continent. The result is a full-bodied Pale Ale with a zesty character. Dark golden in colour, pleasing toffee aromas, and distinctive floral citrus flavours.
Organic Best Bitter 4.1%
A copper coloured, full-bodied organic best bitter made with organically grown malted barley, and organic hops to give the distinctive fully hopped character. This Best Bitter has a sweet biscuit aroma and pleasing citrus hop flavours from the Sovereign, and First Gold hops.
Plum Porter 5%
A dark, sweet, full-bodied plum porter. Background notes of damson and blackcurrant are followed by the fruitiness of the plum in flavour and aroma.
Cream Stout 6.5%
This strong, dark, and aromatic cream stout is rich black velvet in colour, with coffee and vanilla notes coming from the blend of local malts and hops. This stout has a smooth and creamy chocolate flavour, together with a satisfying bittersweet aftertaste.
