Some people seem to have got confused by a previous post made

We now have 3 tents for hire, these are being run by a separate company but are booking through us.

We are still taking bookings for you to bring your own units - tents/caravans/motorhomes/campers/folding campers/trailer tents/campervans and roof tents

These will be charged at the same prices as normal
£30 electric
£25 without electric
Per night
Additional adults £3.50 per night
Bring and put up your own gazebo £3.50 per night
Visitors £1 per day
And our glamping pods are available for rental

The rental pitches can be put in different areas depending on your needs

And we are still taking bookings on the ‘paddock’ area (this is just where the tents were positioned to take photos today)

So the weather forecast for this weekend is looking good for this time of year and we have plenty of electric and non electric pitches available for 1 or 2 night stays

We also have 4 electric spaces left for Easter, 10 electric pitches left for may day and 3 electric pitches left for the whitsun bank holiday. Plus plenty of pitches without electric
The school holidays are booking up

One has just popped up to TopEnd VillageStores to order her meat for her jubilee bbq. Lots to choose from and local meats too supplied by southalls of Great Barford.

Orders can be taken up till Monday 30th May. But they will open all jubilee weekend with plenty in store

One does love a good BBQ. My dear Phillip was a keen foodie and always the head of the BBQ

Friday 1 November

Focaccia: Gr**e and Rosemary

Tomato Sourdough: Sundried tomatoes, and nigella seeds fill this yummy tomatoey sourdough.

White Spelt: Organic Spelt flour is used to make this loaf. Spelt is an ancient grain that some find more easy to digest, I think it is delicious with more smooth caramel flavours.

Chelsea Buns : Lovely soft sweet dough swirled with raisins and currants. Allergens: Dairy, Egg

White Tin Loaf: Organic white flour , salt, yeast and water are the only ingredients in this simple perfect loaf.

Cheese and Chorizo: It's a big favourite! Cheesey dough layered with chorizo. It's soooo moreish! Allergen: Dairy

Focaccia: Tomato, Red Onion and Rosemary

White Sourdough. Just flour & nothing else!

Apple Bread: Apple juice, dried apples and fresh apples in a white dough slowly proved for a wonderful flavour loaf.

Cinnamon Buns : Lovely soft sweet dough swirled with sweet cinnamon.Slightly sticky, soft delicious treats. Allergens: Dairy, Egg

Malted loaf: I would love to call this a granary loaf, but I can't because Granary is Trademarked to the Hovis brand. A bread packed full of flavour due to the delicious blend of white and brown wheat flours, malted whole crisp golden wheat flakes and malted barley.

Walnut: Brown Dough made with walnut oil, a touch of honey and lots of walnuts. Allergen: Nuts

Focaccia: Chorizo and Red Pepper.

Beetroot Sourdough. Beautiful white dough streaked with beetroot - the precooked dough of this bread is purple! It's amazing with some goats cheese and rocket.

Wheaten Bread: This is a brown soda bread - ie. there is no yeast in it. It is made with buttermilk and has a touch of sugar in it, but only a little. Perfect with a mature cheddar. Allergens: Dairy

Nutella Bites : Seriously moreish! Little balls of brioche dough filled with nutella. Allergens: Dairy, Egg, nuts

Seeded Tin Loaf: Brown Dough filled with seeds and topped with oats. Allergen: Sesame

Focaccia: Roasted Vegetable.

“Gluten Free": -
Quinoa and Buckwheat flour, plus wholegrain teff and sorghum flours make this a tasty loaf. It's topped with seeds and is a fantastic option for those wishing to avoid gluten. Allergen: Sesame NOT suitable for Coeliacs and those with severe Gluten Intolerance.

Fig and Black Pepper Sourdough. -
White dough filled with figs and lots of black pepper, this bread is amazing with blue cheese.

Caramelised Onion and Thyme -
White dough mixed with lots of sweet onions and a hint of thyme make this loaf excellent for a bacon buttie or cheese on toast.

Currant Buns: -
Always such a big hit, sweet dough dottted with currants, perfect any time of day! Allergens: Dairy, Egg

Country Loaf:
White and wholemeal flour are mixed to make a delicious brown loaf. Nom.

Focaccia: Rosemary and Salt.

Walnut Loaf: Brown and White flour, walnut oil, walnuts and a touch of honey make this s scrumptious loaf that has always proved popular. Allergen: Nuts

Spiced Cheese and Herb Sourdough. White dough filled with a touch of chilli, cheddar cheese and some parsley make this wonderful loaf rather irresistible. Allergen: Dairy

Sun-dried Tomato and Olive Bread: This loaf is so so good, it has a white dough base and heaps of olives and sun dried tomatoes peppered through it.

Cinnamon and Hazelnut Knots- These gorgeous knots are made using buttermilk so are super soft. They are filled with breadcrumbs (!) cinnamon and ground hazelnuts and are rather moreish. Allergens: Dairy

Little French Sticks: Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside these are wonderful little sticks of bread.
