A January birthday sometimes is under celebrated as people are on recovery from the festive period.

Pink Panther’s milk

A revived version of a popular Spanish cocktail that was created around the 1920s, which contained Gin, Condensed milk, water or ice.

This revived Version came about sometime in the 1970s after the original regained popularity in bars.

25ml Gin
25ml Rum
25ml Condensed milk
150ml whole milk
5ml Grenadine

60ml London dry Gin
22.5ml fresh Lime juice
22.5ml simple syrup
4 drops Rose water
15ml Aquafaba
3 slices of Cucumber
Small pinch of salt
Sprig of Mint

Garnish:
3 drops of Angostura bitters
Mint leaf with a drop of Rose water on it
