This is a rich, full-bodied port made from white grapes on the dizzying Douro slopes. It's deliciously fragrant with notes of honey and oak and a long, smooth finish. Serve with 2/3rds premium tonic water, over ice, and add a slice of orange and a sprig of mint for an excellent long drink.
Definitions of this classic Bordeaux region. This expressive Pauillac delivers all the flavour of a top estate at a fraction of the price. Expect intense flavours of blackcurrant, chocolate, liquorice and toasty notes. Its ripe tannins make this an excellent pairing for herby lamb roasts and other rich red meat dishes.
Margaux, on the Left Bank of Bordeaux, is where you'll find remarkably supple, perfumed and elegant claret. It's wonderfully complex, with flavours of red berries, smoke and sweet spices. Its medium body pairs perfectly with chicken or turkey.
Stunning passion fruit that caresses the nose and a moreish flavour and depth. Elegant and fruity, this is a classic Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc with great texture. A winner with salad, fish or white meats.

Lanson made one of the first rosé Champagnes. 60 years later, they've perfected their recipe. The Grande Marque's signature rosé is coloured a delightful salmon pink. It's well-rounded and fresh, with intriguing aromas of roses and red fruits. It makes an ideal partner to delicate white meat dishes, or even fresh fruit desserts.

This wine is a blend of Syrah, Petite Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre. All are sourced from the same high-altitude vineyard in Colchagua Valley, which enjoys average temperatures 3oC lower than in the valley floor, producing intensely flavoured, slow-ripened grapes. As a result the wine is a symphony of ripe, dense black fruit flavour, structured by muscular yet velvety tannins. In 2022, this wine won an IWC award for the 2017 vintage.

La Rioja Alta are one of the biggest names in Rioja. They craft this Reserva only in perfect vintages, so you can expect excellence in every bottle. The Tempranillo vines on the Torre de Oña estate are over 60 years old – resulting in a wine with incredible concentration and complexity. Add two years of ageing in oak barrels, and you've got all the hedonistic qualities of delicious Rioja. Expect rich flavours of wild strawberry, cherry and redcurrant accompanied by notes of pastry, biscuit, vanilla, liquorice and pepper. Its silky tannins and long, elegant finish make it a fantastic partner for braised and roasted meats.
True to its title, Mirabeau Pure Provence Rosé is renowned for its distinctive purity. It’s a classic blend of Grenache and Syrah, gently pressed and lovingly crafted to express its refined and elegant flavours. This attention to detail has won it wide critical acclaim. Expect lush notes of pink grapefruit and summer berries, with a hint of minerality on the finish. Mirabeau lovingly calls this 'Provence in a glass'. It'll make a fantastic partner for light fish dishes. In 2022, this wine won IWC and Decanter awards for the 2021 vintage.
Bordeaux and Burgundy aren’t the only historic French wine regions: Provence has a storied past of its own. In fact Château Peyrassol’s vineyard estate was established all the way back in 1204 by the Knights Templar. In 2001 the property was acquired by Philippe Austury, who has worked ever since to raise its profile. The organic vineyards are set among 850 hectares of nature in the foothills of the Massif de Maures, where clay-limestone soils and a Mediterranean climate create the ideal conditions for rosé production. This petal-hued bottling has inviting aromas of flowers and red fruits, plus a velvety texture with a delicate finish. Dishes like chicken tagine with lemon or grilled octopus will go particularly well.

This didn't come quickly. In search of the perfect Summer Cup, Daniel Szor, founder of Cotswolds, created over a dozen recipes. After tinkering with the proportions of gin, sherry and bitters, he finally created this. We love it. It turns out that when you mix Oloroso and sweet Pedro Ximénez sherries with award-winning gin, you get something truly remarkable.
