The Craft / Indie beer world is a lovely (yet tough!) one to be in.

Exhibit (a): the story behind the Fusion Hospitality Project beer that is pouring from today.

So if you can, please come and get yourself a pint of this delicious 5.1% Pale Ale. 🙏

The Fusion Hospitality Project brings together the supply chain to give something back to the wider industry. If there’s one thing that’s been learned about our sector, it’s that there is a thread of togetherness that runs deep through it. From Maltsters, Hop Growers, Yeast Labs and Breweries, to independent Bars, Restaurants & Bottle Shops up and down the country.

When Track Brewing Co. were approached by their partners to create a brew that supports those who support them (that’s us - you and I), they jumped at the opportunity. Their collective goal was simple - make a delicious, fairly-priced barrel of beer that drives revenue directly to local bars during this difficult time.

“We know that this beer is no magic wand, but, craft beer is built on connection & community and we are honoured to be a part of it.”

Huge thanks to for giving their time and ingredients for free which means that the participating venues can get the maximum benefit.

Happy Birthday to one of ours - and yours - favourite breweries, based in Mold, Flintshire in Wales.

They recently turned 7 years old and to celebrate, have brewed seven brews with seven different breweries! Some established legends of the game, some newer young upstarts, all of whom they believe are making some of the best and most progressive beer in the UK at the moment:

x 5.9% WC IPA
x 6.8% White IPA
x 8.4% DIPA
x 6.1% IPA
x 7% Passionfruit & Lime Sour
x 10% TIPA
x 10% Imperial Stout

They’re on the shelves NOW - just in time to celebrate the end of Dry January!

It’s PUTTY TIME!! (nearly)

The iconic DIPA is back! With lashings of lush tropical fruit notes, a pillowy soft mouthfeel, and beautiful haze, Putty is a beer that brings people back together after collective January hibernation.

And so, this year, are celebrating that uniting spirit with a theme: Let’s Stick Together!

Of course it sold out in minutes on their web store… but we should have an allocation next week in cans and hopefully a keg to go on tap as well!

Keep your eyes peeled for an “it’s arrived!"

Hello you lovely people of Mapplewell and the surrounding area!
I know it's a bit cold out, but please don't hibernate - we'll miss your faces!

Instead, come and have a beer! Or a cider, or a gin, rum, wine, Prosecco.....

We've some lovely hoppy Pales and and IPA on tap, Triple Points' German-Style Helles lager and a drop of a weird yet wonderful 4.5% Cherry Cola remaining.

Don't forget that we're open until 10pm tonight, 11pm tomorrow and Saturday; 8pm Sunday 👍

Whilst Mapplewell is open, unfortunately Denby Dale is closed to minimise road traffic while the roads are tricky to negotiate.

Ice will become an issue later so we think it’s best not to travel today.

Sorry for any inconvenience but enjoy the snow safely!

No siree - whether you’re shopping to take out or popping in for a drink with us, we’re here for you over the next couple of days 🍻
