Hello everyone I know things are different at shop but can you please just bare with them until they get settled and sort out teething problems lottery now working and scratch cards on sale I think paypoint should be on now if not tomorrow and they are accepting bank transfers as waiting for a new cash machine ( one that's filled via bank so no limit which will please you all )

We would just like to inform customers that ALL e cigs are not returnable due to hygiene this is the message i got from our suppliers faults have to be claimed through the manufacturer sorry for any inconvenience
(Hello, regarding the customers device the normal course of action would be for the end customer to contact the manufacturer directly, the instruction manual inside does request this and has a QR code for convenience.

Please confirm with your customer the following points:

• are the capsules placed correctly (two pins pointing downwards) and are free from any debris

• the arrows on the lid - are they aligned correctly (simply twist the lid), without this the device will not fire.

We do not accept returns like any other cash and carry as we are unable to verify the issues due to them being consumable oral products.
