WintWire has created a brand new role and is looking for Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This person will be a vital part of the company’s growth strategy, managing key elements of our sales and marketing functions, and having overall responsibility for the company’s brand, marketing communications and social media.
The role will involve soft prospecting and generating leads through various channels like telephone, email outreach, and networking. Qualifying leads and identify potential new opportunities. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, which we feel is essential to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborating with internal teams and supporting the overall sales team with administrative tasks & reporting. Maintaining sales processes, procedures, and workflows to ensure the company operates efficiently. Tasks will include:
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Costing, quoting and developing sales
• Writing, preparing, and distributing marketing campaigns
• Maintaining marketing calendar
• Events preparation and management
• Social Media management, pay per click advertising
• Managing in house CRM system
• The identification of any PR opportunities

Qualifications/Attributes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Preferable but no essential;
• degree in Marketing or a related field
• experience in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising (google ads)
• sales experience
